The location was great! Easy to get to most places by walking! The heaters were good and it was really warm. It was surprisingly quiet despite the location! The kitchen was well-equipped with the necessary tools.

1, Communication could been better. Response from the staff was slow. 2, They demanded an 'already paid' TAX payment until I contacted Booking.com, and then they waved and stopped asking. 3, There's random cola in the refrigerator. 4, However, they also stopped answering any questions I had after I'd check-in and replied after I'd already checked out. A bit shady, don't you agree?? 5, NO ELEVATOR.

Location, location, location - you may not find a better place to stay in Eisenach if you're using public transport (we did not have a car so I am not able to make any comment on that): railway&bus station is just two-three blocks away and the main city transport stop is located in the front of the building. The pedestrian zone starts just a block away and you can easily reach all the major attractions in the city within few minutes (of course the Wartburg castle requires a bit more exercise but it is reachable within 30 mins of walking). The apartment was really spacious and in very good condition. The view from the main windows is really nice (you may even spot the Wartburg castle from there if you're looking on the left). We will definitely return there whensoever in Eisenach!

The staircase was much more narrow than expected and hauling any bigger size suitcase all the way up to 4th floor might be a challenge (of course we were aware of that beforehand and thus did choose a smaller size suitcase, so it was not a real problem for us). Some more cutlery would be nice (that you should not have to do the dishes after every single snack or coffee).

The city, location and apartment were worth the highest score if it were not for misleading or incomplete information.

"Upper Floors Accessible by Stairs Only". There was no elevator at all. We got to climb eight steep half stairs to reach our apartment. "To Help You To Get To The Registration Very Fast and Convenient, We Kindly Ask You To Check In Online". The only way because no one was there to receive us. We spent like 40 minutes outdoors to check in. Send copy of credentials and covet certificates via Whatsapp or e-mail in case the form that they link to not work, which it didn’t do for us. "We Offer Parking Space In Convenient and Safe A Parking Garage Close by The Building" turned out to be The City Parkhaus more than 300 meters away. There is always a reason why it says "Total Cost to Cancel".

Location and the view great, also for us coming by train, classy clean apartment. Airconditioning sufficient even for the heat wave. (We had the top apartment "Infinity", 4th floor, no elevator - we didn't mind, but beware...)

Airwick-scent was unnecessary, if not disturbing - luckily we could disconnect it

Very clean apartment with everything one needs, including for longer stays. Proximity to city centre and train station. Very good value!
