We stayed for just one night on the way. But it's definitely a charming and very tidy hotel in a beautiful location. Their staff is especially great. They waited for us after working hours, helped us order food from a nearby pizzeria, and waited for the delivery so they could bring it to our room. Superb service! The breakfast was really plentiful.

We were travelling to attend ice skating competition in Ilmenau. And couldn’t find any available hotel over there. This hotel was on some distance, but the stuff was super friendly and give a ride next morning after the breakfast directly to ice skating stadium. And location is absolutely amazing- beautiful forest and mountains!

Beautiful location! Loved the corner with kids toys as well. Breakfast was yummy.

The one downside was the curtains in the room were not blackout curtains, so we woke up at 5:30 with the sun streaming in. And then breakfast wasn’t until 8am.

Overall, I had a great experience with the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a getaway weekend. Close to beautiful scenery for a motorcycle trip. Thanks. Breakfast and dinner was amazing and the view and the beautiful area ,reserved parking specially for the motorcycle.

Sauna was closed due to COVID. No dinner on the Saturday second day. ;(

we had to leave early on Sunday at 07.30 breakfast is not until 8 on the weekends. there was a member of staff that had laid out the food ready for breakfast ie fresh milk an cereals, but when we asked if we could have some before we left she said no. which was a bit unhelpful as it was possible.

Nice location. Not sparkling clean but acceptable.

The hotel has it´s best times done. Sauna and Restaurant was not opened.
