Really comfortable beds, great WiFi, fantastic view of the Bob Bahn, excellent breakfast, large car park, very friendly staff

The staff in the restaurants were overworked, so it took a long time to order anything. But they were very pleasant. The food in the restaurant was ok, but very standard. The shower and bathroom were tiny.

The location, the number of free and paid entertainment and sport activities for kids and adults. The cleanliness and overall service. The swimming pool. Good breakfast. No additional charge for kids. It is really possible to arrange late checkout with quite reasonable surcharge. Wifi coverage is really good for the whole area of the resort.

Half-board option where you have to pay additionally for any drinks during the dinner (and it was not stated anywhere before booking). The food was not of a restaurant level for dinner. Paid car parking at site is a strange solution for a resort like this. Basic rooms are really small.

The location was incredible and so was everything else in the hotel. There were lots of activities to be done by both kids and adults. We as a family enjoyed many events including laser shooting, pool, chess game, play area and general walk around the hotel. The breakfast was very wide, with a special area for kids to take their own breakfast (everything was at their eye level). A real family experience. Wish we had taken it for longer duration.

The room was a bit smaller than we expected. The rate however was reasonable so cannot complain a lot. The language was a bit of barrier for us as most staff was well verse in German and not many other languages.

Lovely, clean and spacious hotel. Nice, comfortable rooms, good bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent bar and restaurant area, great outdoor space and seating area. Massive carpark. Within walking distance from village.

Breakfast had Limited choices for the English customers. Needed more cooked items like mushrooms, sausages, bacon on a daily basis. But a fantastic continental breakfast

the room and the toilet were a bit small

Onerhof is a great place to spend a weekend in autumn, summer and spring. And a wonderful mountain holiday incl skiing in winter.
