Great location, nice rooms and great facilities.

The bathroom was a bit dissapointing. Very outdated and inpractical. When showering, water falls on the edge of the bathtub and floods the bathroom.

We've took the smallest room and it is rather narrow, next time won't cut corners :)

We appreciated the hotel's good facilities (especially nice outdoor spaces), rich breakfast, beautiful views, and friendly staff.

We were a bit disappointed with the room size (other comparable hotels in Germany usually offer larger rooms) and a strange smell in the bathroom (maybe someone smoking?). The room was also very hot (27 degrees indicated on the thermometer in the room).

Very "German country style" evening buffet (not very exciting and a bit "heavy"). Great breakfast buffet.

At a 4-star hotel, WIFI should be free and fast - and the hotel is even located at a place with very poor mobile coverage.

Good location, great view, quiet, clean, nice staff, good parking. Pet friendly. Interesting architecture and design from 1970s GDR.

Beds and pillows were not comfortable: sunken mattresses and ultra flat pillows. Rooms were pretty small, and hot at night. Wifi did not work at all. Charging for a parking space in the mostly empty 300-spaces open air unguarded parking was an overkill. Food at the buffet restaurant was just edible (dinner) and breakfast was just ok. Considering the price paid, and the self-proclaimed "4 stars", this is way too expensive.
