The staff is fantastic. Breakfast is prepared with quality ingredients. The menu is not very wide, but everything offered is good. You get a perfect clean room.

The pillows are too soft, or there aren't enough of them. You have to lock the door with a key when you leave, they don't automatically lock like in other hotels. Cleaning during the stay is only on request and consists only of emptying the trash.

Loved my stay, 8/10, but it had a few slight negatives. Breakfast buffet did not have the widest choice as other hotels i've stayed at, but what was there was excellent quality. Great noise blocking in the rooms. Even though i was on the side looking out over the road there was almost no noise audible unless i opened the windows. Staff were very friendly and switched to English without any issues.

Breakfast buffet didn't have that many choices. Renovations were ongoing on my floor, so a slight smell of fresh paint was hanging in the corridor, but this did not extend into the room. Doors seem to close at a certain time in the evening around or before 23:00, but this was not immediately shown nor was there a bell at the front doors to call for someone to come open. Luckily there was someone cleaning the lobby which could let me in.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was tasty and well served.

It was right by a fire brigade/emergency service so sometimes it would get loud, but nothing bad if the windows were closed. The privacy in the room was also not the best, curtains were either blackout or translucid, I had the lights always on.

Hotel looks new or recently renovated. Rooms are modern, well equipped, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable, and I managed to get good sleep. Breakfast was sufficient for my needs, most importantly the coffee was good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was free and there were no issues in finding a parking spot. Will definitely stay there again at my next business trip.

Personal very friendly, it was clean and the breakfast was not bulky but enougth to cover our needs.

The room could have had a mini bar to store our jogurt for instance. the bed war a bit hard and an extra pillow would have been good to see the TV. No telefone in the room to contact reception. Otherwise all was very good.

It was clean and modern. The location is directly at the train station.

No free water was provided in the room. Moreover, there is no real air-conditioner to cool the room down.

It was very clean, quiet and a warm place. Perfect breakfast!

Maybe a little cooler/ refrigerator would be better.

Really welcoming front desk personnel. Cleanliness of the room (including bed, bathroom, etc.) Being close to Hauptbahnhof was great. fine breakfast but could have been way better.
