Location, coffee, staff, appearance of the building inside and out,shower was awesome

I booked a double bed room. I was told they don't have any at this hotel, they pushed the beds together with the same single sheets and duvet......words failed me,I could only laugh except it wasn't funny because I have shoulder savage and need a double to support my shoulder when sleeping. Not impressed

The hotel has a nice welcome area. It is easy to reach by train from Stuttgart Hbf, as there is a direct train that stops right in front of the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. They let me check in early and were very helpful in the process of handing over a gift to a friend while I was out. Very happy with the service

Great Choice at breakfast, room was always kept clean & tidy and location was ideal for my visit as easy to get from airport. Direct link on tram to the venue for my visit

Nothing i can think, everything was great from start to finish, Could not fault the hotel and the staff and facilities on offer. would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable, clean room, nice big bed, loved the little fridge and glad to have a safe. Enjoyed the fresh air at night as the window could be opened and the a/c switched off. The location of our bedroom was surprisingly quiet.

the a/c was a bit noisy but we didn't use it at night

Very good breakfast with huge amount of great food. It was super easy to get into Stuttgart centre, in Fellbach there's very good little restaurants, the Wurttemberg hill is wonderful around the hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room was unbelievably quiet, as I wished, great environment and atmosphere. I can only recommend this place!!!

Very convenient for MB museum. Fresh, clean hotel, central lobby very convenient with free coffee available. Even has a sauna! Breakfast very good!

Hard to get through Stuttgart to get there unfortunately, but managed with satnav. No restaurants on site or close by. Can get pizza there!

The hotel was very clean, well located for visiting the Mercedes Museum and has a convenient car park at the rear. Our room was facing the tram line, but we didn't hear much noise, due to double glazing. The beds are very comfy and breakfast recommended. Fresh butter machine was unique, as was the pan cake one. :-)

It was very nice to meet my friends at the Lobby. Very convenient location and good access from STR Hbf.

1st night was so cold, because of broken Heizung!! That is why changed the room. Hope check the Heizung condition before customer come. Especially winter time.

The hotel is right near the train station so it is very convenient to travel to tourist attractions in the city by train. the hotel is very clean. Behind the hotel there is a very romantic walking park.

Breakfast is not included in the room price, so you have to pay extra if you use the service

Beds was comfortable and hotel were very clean and light. Location are perfect! You can so easily use the train. Breakfast was versatile and delicious.

Hard to sleep with that big pillow. Hurt my back and the showers faucet was little bit broken. When showering the water heats up very slow.
