Hotel reception desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They always would try to satisfy requests within reason, and quickly. The breakfast staff was a little less friendly but not offensive at all. The simple pool was fine, and the sauna was appreciated. Our room was on the second floor (1.OG in the German system), very comfortable and sufficiently spacious for a family of four people. Breakfast had a nice variety of options, and food was good. There is a very large shopping mall, Braunauer Land, within walking distance.

Unfortunately, the entire Sindelfingen east area (near the hotel) is under construction until at least 2027, and as of this writing, half of the street to the hotel was dug up and unusable; this created a travel time loss in several cases for us. Though, this is not the hotel's fault, per se. I did *not* like that the smoking area is setup right outside of the exit, which subjected my children to the harms of tobacco smoke on most occasions when they went in or out of the hotel. A smoking area should be positioned out of the way of non-smokers. Getting in and out of the hotel is not an optional behavior, but smoking is optional, and thus travelers should not be subject to the side effects of smokers.

I found the bed very comfortable and it was great having a desk and desk chair in the room. You can turn off the heating/Air con if needed. There is a Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge and safe in the room. Breakfast had a good choice of food, including fruit, cheese, pastries hot buffet and a good selection of bread.

Not sure why I was given a disabled room on the ground floor, but I didn’t have a nice shower like my colleagues, instead I had a seat and rails so I had to use the one in the bath. It also meant I didn’t have a sofa, due to the layout to allow for a wheelchair - which I don’t have or need.

The Location just of the motorway was ideal. A good breakfast was available. The restaurant attached provided us with a pleasant meal. There's a swimming pool if wished to use it.

At the time of writing (14th July 2025) the motor way is being repaired at the junction which gives access to the hotel. There is bit of a diversion required at this moment in time that said once the repairs are complete access is great from the junction. I found 15 euros to park your car as paying guest overnight expensive.

A good hotel to stay for a night during a travel by car: * It's close to a highway and has a 24h desk. * There is a parking. * There are rooms suitable for a family with kids. Rooms are clean, beds are convenient. * A good breakfast. * And all this for a reasonable price. I recommend.

We stayed here the 3rd year in a row (the same month - end of July) and each time there are What's good - the hotel sends a message with a plan of how to get there by car taking into account closed roads.

The property has a swimming pool and sauna available. Big clean room and nice and helpful staff like David S. (I think Senker). Deserves a pay raise for his dedication at work! Tried his level best to hell us with the problems that occurred.

Heating was not working and a compensation was not given. Breakfast is too expensive 25€ per person. therefore do not book breakfast at the property might get a better deal while booking a room including breakfast. Walking distance are no shops or restaurants available

Late checkout, comfortable beds, super silent - we did not hear anything from the street nearby. Very impressive.

We only had one towel in the room, but since we arrived at 1am, we were too tired and shared the towel. I bet we would have gotten another one if we'd asked. It was no big deal for us, and we mentioned it at our checkout . Also, the fridge did not work, but it did not bother us, and we mentioned it as well.

The beds are comfy. Black out curtains make a big difference to have a proper rest . Sound proof and Aircon work perfectly . Great variety for breakfast. Sauna and pool are bonus

Parking charge £15 which is unnecessary for guests of hotel . Astonishing £25 per person for breakfast 🙃 a big no . So we end up paying for the car and breakfast nearly as much as to stay in the hotel ... it's ridiculous 😒

Convenient next to Stuttgart and Sindelfingen. Good room and breakfast and the swimming pool was a nice addition!

The road works made us doubt if we arrived at the good location, looks more like a ghost town. Also the surroundings are not nice and don’t feel safe for a walk, there are youngsters hanging around the place at night.

Two from this experience. There was road construction on the way to hotel and it took half an hour to be there. One more thing is perhaps the culture reason that there is a sauna in pool area, and was opened to all. The problem is no sign saying can be all naked and taking my 9-year-old girl passing by seeing both female male sitting inside completely naked was quite awkward. And I could only took her speed up getting away from that to shower area where about three steps away from there. Quite close to see all if you just stand there deciding going inside or not. Not really ok to show to younger kids.

Really comfortable beds, safe parking (althougj expensive), really good breakfast ( although very expensive). Clean and friendly staff.

The parking is very expensive. It should be free. A 4 🌟 hotel should have this for their customers! The breakfast is also quite expensive, 25 💶 for everyone over the age of 12! One of the duvets had blood on it! No refrigerator/cooler in the room!! The staff was kind enough to put our things in the kitchen's fridge.
