I had an awesome experience at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, very clean and quiet! The reception staff were also very nice and attentive. Moreover it is the best option when attending a concert at Jahrhunderthalle as there is a direct bus that stops right in front of the hotel even late after the show. The breakfast was also extensive and reasonably priced!

Just a small detail but it would be cool to have more vegan options at breakfast such as yoghurt or vegan ham/salami, etc. They had vegan cheese, plant based milks for coffee and beetroot spread so I was able to build a breakfast platter but it was limited. However this doesn't take away a point for me just a suggestion for next time :)

The room is very nice.

I regularly stay in this hotel because it's close to where I have to work. I wish the receptionists were more welcoming. I always feel that I'm bothering them when I check in or check out. They border on being hostile, even when I make an extra effort to be friendly with them. They don't look happy to be there at all. It leaves a sour note every time I leave. Same for my colleagues who have to stay there. The breakfast staff is lovely though.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially cleaning staff. Immaculate. Tip top maintenance. Good working space. Good bed. Good heating system. Good access to public transit: streetcar, bus and S-Bahn (in fact one bus line goes direct from FRA to the front of the hotel). Rewe supermarket is nearby and open to midnight everyday except Sunday. This is a convention hotel with a lot of rooms -- if you're lucky and they're not busy you can occasionally get a bargain rate. There are some lovely walks in the parks along the river right nearby.

The extra charges were no bargain: the normal fee for checking in early is 10€/hour (kindly reduced in my case); if breakfast not included, €28; and there was the good ol' minibar minefield (I mistakenly ate a small bag of peanuts for €5.50 but they mercifully did not charge me a similar amount for eating a single gummy bear!). The Hoechst neighborhood is nice enough, but lacks a lot of restaurants and cafes that an out of town visitor might enjoy. The in-room minibar fridge uses absorption technology and is silent but will not cool colder than about 6-10C, limiting what you might want to store there. I did not try the fitness room in the basement, but would have used a swimming pool if they had one.

We’ve stayed at the Lindner on multiple occasions and we have always been happy with the cleanliness and size of the rooms. Good location in Hochst close to local transport and amenities and only a short walk to the river. Staff were friendly upon arrival.

The price of breakfast (€25 per person) is infeasible for non-business travellers and would cost almost as much as the room for two people. This causes disappointment every time we stay! Wifi was also unreliable and patchy.

Clean and comfortable business hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Comfy armchair in the room with footrest, nice bonus. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Wifi is stable and fast! The gym is small but very nice - has everything you need for your basic workout. Parking garage available for a charge, clean and safe. Maximum height is enough for SUVs, if you have something bigger, check with the hotel first. Can recommend if you stay for business or other meetings.

Not the hotel's fault - but the neighborhood is sketchy. Don't come here for recreation.

Very comfortable room, good bed, good wifi, excellent shower.

I stay in this hotel regularly because it's conveniently located for my business meetings. I only very rarely get a smile from staff at reception. They're professional and not exactly grumpy but not interested in welcoming guests or helping out with simple requests (such as settling bill in the evening when one has an early start). It really puts me off. Same at breakfast and in the bar, same when you call the reservation team on the phone. No room service.

Room was big and had a nice view. Was very quiet and clean. Breakfast was great and had a full spread of hot and cold options. Staff were pleasant and extremely friendly. They assisted with my bags when asked. Location was outside the hustle and bustle of Frankfurt but near the airport and near good transportation. Great food nearby.

The room, although state non-smoking, smelled strongly of smoke.

There is nothing not to appreciate in Lindner Congress Hotel Frankfurt starting from the respectfulness, helpfulness, and professionalism of the receptionists to the spaciousness, comfort, and cleanliness of the rooms and beds. The variety of foods in the breakfast buffet was also wonderful. The waitress and waitresses were as equally good as the receptionist. These staff must be happy staff to reflect positive energy like that. The only thing we would have wished for was more electrical outlets to charge our phones without one having to wait for the other. I will gladly stay in Lindner Congress Hotel Frankfurt when I am in the city.

Neat clean spacious room with necessary facilities such as fridge good breakfast.

Maybe the immediate surrounding area was more like Istanbul than Germany, but thats ok.
