We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Alekto. The hotel feels nice and comfy, the rooms were clean and tidy, and the receptionist was genuinely friendly and supportive throughout our visit. We’d happily stay again for the cleanliness and warm service, but we’d likely skip the breakfast and would appreciate better value in either room size or price.

The breakfast didn’t feel worth the price—options were very limited (essentially bread, jam, butter, eggs, and cheese). For the cost, we expected more variety. Additionally, the room rate felt high for the amount of space provided; the price-to-space ratio was not great.

The hotel has it’s own big parking, clean big rooms, good breakfast.

Beds are not comfortable, mattresses are very soft and move off to the side. Breakfast must be till 10:00, we came at 9:40 and the waitress said - we are not allowed to eat in the restaurant (it was big and absolutely empty!) and we were moved to lobby low table with all our plates and cups and ate there…it was absolutely disgusting,because in all reputable hotels guests are allowed to eat breakfast even AFTER 10:00 in the restaurant, just - no new food appears. And in our case - it was 20 min of our legal time till the closing of the breakfast and we could be in time with our breakfast INSIDE. So, this is absolutely inappropriate.

Location is at the railway station and opposite a shopping centre so logistically perfect :) The historical town centre is in 10 minutes walking. Breakfast was truly amazing. Big variety and quality food. Room is big enough and comfortable

Wi-Fi was not working in my room. I could connect sometimes but signal was too low to be useful :(

Very clean and comfortable room (106), good wifi, easy parking, nice 5 min walk to old town, excellent breakfast

The outside uplights of the building could not be blocked by the curtains so very bright in the room. Not comfortable when going to sleep.

Breakfast was very good, staff was friendly and eager to help, room was spacious and thoroughly clean. Hotel with a long tradition - not just due old photos but in the noble sense of the word.

The curtains do not block the bright light in the morning, so one wakes up early. Proper blinds would do a better job.
