Professional, organised and clean as the big chains but close, charm and friendly environment as a small family hotel. Staff is super and the room is nice and spacious.

Playground for Kids is only available for spring and summer which we were looking forward to explore with our daughter :( we would advise better or different coffee for breakfast but the welcoming of the staff doing their best to make you feel comfortable is top.

Everything, nice small hotel with friendly staff, the location was good, everything was reachable by walking.

There were no problems at this hotel, except the size of the pillows. They was one pillow, which kind of empty, and it was not comfortable. Change the pillows!

The location was great and very easy to find. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. They also accommodated my request for a late checkout and told me not to rush when I arrived back at the hotel, 10 minutes prior to the arranged time for my checkout. The bed was comfortable.

Nothing. It was as expected

We arrived late and the staff member (guy with ginger beard) welcomed us, found a place to park the bike and offered help with our bags. After a 12 hr ride it was most welcome.. he served us wonderful steaks later and a well deserved beer. The room was great and bed was very comfy. Breakfast was a great selection and friendly staff guided your choices. We would highly recommend this hotel 🏨

That we only had one night

The staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was also very clean and comfy. Also the breakfast was very good. Main function as a hotel was all proper. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in Germany so far.

Hotel guest family in room directly above our room we’re jumping, stomping, or banging on their floor from about 22:00 to midnight on both nights of our stay ; most likely children. Not very courteous.

Few steps from the central market, with friendly staff and own parking. Basic but clean. Excellent breakfast, tasty and diverse.

Breakfast coffee could be improved.

Kreller is a family owned hotel 2 minutes from the upper market of Freiberg. Very nice rooms, good service and as always my stay was too short.
