I didn't like the check-in procedure. You need to call a German phone number, perhaps this procedure could be streamlined via text? - the rooms are a bit noisy due to the thin walls, and mine shared a toilet down the hallway, but did have a shower.

The location is just 5 minutes walk to the waterfront and the zeppelin museum. The staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. We slept very well. Would stay there again.

Nothing. It might be that there are no staff there when you arrive and you will need to call a number to get the access code. This was not the case for us, there was a friendly member of staff who checked us in.

My single room was compact, but not too small. It had an ensuite bathroom. Everywhere was clean, with a good feel to the room. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent in choice and quality. This was my 4th booking here; I return because I like the experience!

If arriving by car you will have to park on the street. Luckily I was on a motorcycle, so I was able to park off-street just outside the front door.

Staff were especially helpful. Even though my German is very weak, and the staff spoke very little English, we were able to communicate well. The beverages in the vending machine were welcome, too!

I have vertigo, and my room was on the top floor. I was able to adjust to the climb, but next time I would prefer a room closer to ground level.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They took care of the dietary requirements in breakfast. Location is good - close to the Hafen and in a quiet street. When compared to the price of other hotels in the region, I think that the facilities provided were actually pretty decent for the price charged in this hotel. I would recommend to read the information about the facilities carefully so as not to be surprised later. For example, I knew that there would be no elevator and therefore I packed light.

The bathroom was small and one has to be careful to not bang the elbows against the walls. It was manageable though for a short stay. Would be good to have a shower cap with you as the shower is non detachable from the frame. You can hear the thump of footsteps from the floor above but it's not too bad.

The hotel has a really good location close to port, but also close to bus which goes to Messe(Conference center) the MX bus. Everything went ok.

You could hear the neighbors and the breakfast could be a bit reacher.

Check in is via phone so if youre international it will be awkward without a phone number. I had to get a random German guy to call on my behalf

Great location, 5 minute walk to the lakeside. Spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Honesty box for fridge full of beer and wine. Check in done over the phone with a staff member who spoke very good English.

Nothing really at all. It is an old hotel though with no lift and a long climb to the 3rd floor, so you may wish to take that into consideration.

Nice spacious room with good facilities. Very quiet despite location of hotel. Hotel is in good location for the town activities. Nice breakfast included.

Hotel doesn’t look very nice from outside and check in was a bit weird However the inside of the hotel plus the room was very nice. Room was very warm and fan was pretty ineffective

The staff was very freindly. Was available eventhugh I checked in at about 9:30 pm on a sunday. the telephone check in was good and the location was easily accessible with the bus

The breakfast could've been a bit better. Especially for vegetarians. But for the money, was good enough
