The air was not fresh in the room, but that depends on if it was used recently probably. I opened the windows and only one of them hat insect net, which was kind of enough. I can imagine having one window without a net can be useful to someone. Nothing special to complain about.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which is very convenient for travelers like us who are only staying for one night before heading to the next destination. Please note that the hotel entrance is around the corner on a side street, not at the front. Check-in is done via a machine, likely just to verify your registration details, so if the information on your booking is outdated, please be aware of your own details. The room is quite spacious. Another highlight is that the hotel offers free luggage storage! Isn't that great

All is great but the bathroom is a bit small.

This accommodation is a super central location in Friedrichshafen. If you are on a business trip in Friedrichshafen this is a very good chance to get something where you can arrive whenever it fits because it has 24h 100% automated reception. If you come by train, it's not even 5 minutes walk. If you come by car, there is a park house opposite of the street and last but not least, you can have breakfast in the bakery on the other side of the street.

It's a convenient location, good price, clean and practical. It doesn't have a reception, it's self service, automated. But it's easy and works. If necessary you can contact management and cleaning lady, which was friendly. They upgraded my room after the previous was not working the WiFi.

Nothing really, It's honest for the price.

Simple but modern, new and clean. No staff - all self service computer driven but easy to use. But there was one cleaner that I met by chance and she was very keen to be helpful and explained the self-service “left luggage” facility to me. The cafe across the road is good for breakfast and the location 100 Matt’s from the train station was ideal for me.

Fantastic location, close to the station, quiet, easy and quick communication with owner, clean, fully equipped. Overall, everything was great! I fully recommend this hotel and might stay here again if I find myself in the area.

The WiFi was a bit unstable (kept turning on and off), and the hallway lighting (outside the room) was very flickery (not great for someone with epilepsy).

Location. Near the train station and the embankment. Good transport accessibility. Cleanliness. The room is well equipped, there is a kettle, tea, coffee and a refrigerator. The bathroom is separate and this is convenient. Convenient self-registration.

The location is excellent, reaally close to the train station. The check-in is automated, 24/7, which is very helpfun when arriving late at the city. The bedroom is well furnished and offers all the traditional amenities (minibar, TV, towels, things for bathing, etc). The cost-benefit is very good.

There was only one thing I didn't like, but it did not impact the stay in any significant way, it was just a detail: the shower didn't work, I needed to take a bath instead of a shower. Otherwise, very good.

First of all, this is a budget hotel. So the review is based on this. - Location: it's really amazing and convenient location. It's at the backside of Bahnhof which is called Franziskusplatz. Walking to the lake is just 5 mins. 2 mins to Bahnhof. - Rooms: I got the room for 40€ for one night from Booking.com and based on the 40€ price, the room was really good. You can see the pictures. There were 2 beds, table, chair, wardrobe, Water heating kettle, coffee and tea packs. In the washroom, there was a big bathtub, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer, etc. Everything was very clean and well maintained. But overall thumbs up for a budget hotel room -Self checkin/checkout: when you enter the hotel, you can enter your name on the self check in automat and get the keys haslefree. There is also a hotline number of you face any issue. And check out is also very simple. Just drop your keys in the box below the automat and say buy to the hotel. So this was something cool. - Staff: as it is self check in and check out, there is no staff present in the hotel. They might be nearby buildings, but i did not see them. But this hotel is really good for short term travellers, quick business visitors etc. Liked the hotel.

The only issue was with the shower/bathtub. There was dirty water from the shower for some time. This might be because they might have cleaned the pipes.

Automated 24h check in and the location is perfect for when you're stranded because of train delays.

The shower location in the room can cause some water to get into the rest of the room.
