Hotel located a short drive from the messe exhibition centre where we were visiting an event for two days. Within a short walk is a shopping centre (The Bodensee Centre) which has a kaufland supermarket and other shops, a cinema and a Burger King. Most of the town is within a few minutes drive. There is an underground secure car park but you have to pay extra per night to park your car here. A good selection of food at breakfast but no hot breakfast of eggs, bacon and sausages which is commonplace in other German hotels I have stayed in. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. This is third time we have stayed at this hotel so shows we are fairly happy with what it provides.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - so take your own kettle and tea/coffee. 10 euros per night to use the underground parking is a little pricey.

Comfortable room, OK value, nice and clean building, practical location.

Breakfast space was severely undersized for the amount of guests staying at the hotel, so it quickly became overcrowded. Getting up early is advised because the actual breakfast was very tasty.

Room did not have tea or coffee maker, no fridge. A bit far from center but bus station was right outside the hotel.

Proximity to the Messe, room size, cleanliness and Breakfast.

Insufficient seating in the morning for breakfast. I think that most participants of the Fasination Modelbahn stayed at the hotel and were also early risers that made breakfast seating difficult.

Very comfortable, well presented and clean

Reception staff attempted to double charge me for the room on arrival, and then double the tourist tax in addition. It took some calm, friendly conversation to correct this error. Otherwise a flawless visit.

Clean room, good solution near to the center.

In the evening and during the night the reception is closed and due to distance from the center is not possible to purchase any water or snack. Suggested to hotel to put vending machines for customers.

Wouldn't accept cash for payment anywhere in the hotel. Completely cashless. This would put me off using this hotel again unfortunately.

Small size rooms. No kettle in room for hot water. Entry Exit at night is a problem.

The room was small but comfortable. it was very clean. The housekeeping staff did a great job.

Wish the tea/coffee and mini fridge was provided in the room.

Location perfect for the Messe. Air conditioning most welcome. Super views from the top floor room. Underground car parking kept the car cool!

Hotel was busy so the breakfast area was little bit chaotic. Info should tell you to pull into front of the hotel first to check in rather than heading for the parking - you need a 'key' to access the parking.
