It was perfect for our family of four with bunk beds and a comfortable queen bed. We only stayed on night, so it had everything we needed for our short stay.

The pillows weren't the greatest quality and if you stayed for longer, there's not much space, but for the price it was great! Would stay again if driving through.

The situation of the hotel is very good. Just cross the road and you are in the city center. Here you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, etc. The parking garage is spacious and safe. The price for parking is fair. The room is comfortable and has all you need. My young son was loving the high bed in the family room. The breakfast is fair priced and contains a lot of choice. An extra bonus for me is that all product are organic. The staff is very friendly and even gave me a call at the end of afternoon to ensure I would arrive during opening hours or make sure there would be no problems checking in when arriving later. I will stay here again when visiting Fulda.

Good size, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Wonderful view from the windows. The staff was super helpful and the whole check-in/check-out process was one of the easiest I had.

The only "non-great" thing was the lack of a pedestrian crossing in front of the hotel, forcing the people walking there to detour.

Room had enough light and space to manage. Beds were comfortable. About 7-10 minute walk from the Fulda train station, and 2-3 minutes walk to the old city center. Hotel had vending machines if you need a hot drink or a snack. Supermarket was near by as well.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, everything was clean, and the building is quite new.

We came down to breakfast about 40min before the end of the breakfast time and there wasn’t much variety left to eat. I would have thought they’d fill up e.g. boiled eggs again, but that was not the case. That said other aspect of the foods on selection were great like the yogurts and fruit.

Great staff and super nice breakfast buffet with some nice alternative options! Nice family room in a great location! Would book a night anytime again!

I simply love that hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is nice and uncomplicated. Simply a great place to stay.

I was annoyed by the toilet paper, which was simply too thin and uncomfy. Not sure if it has been like that since years, but I couldn't remember it being like that. Just not my thing.

Contact was excellent: short and clear. The rooms and beds were also up to our expectations. We also liked not having to check out, that was a pleasant surprise.

Budget essential hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. The receptionist has been helpful.

The breakfast has to be booked the day before latest at h22, we arrived at 22.30 and we could not have the breakfast the morning after. No boiler for water in the room.
