It is a wonderful hotel, and hotel idea: No Reception, no checking in and waiting in line while you do, no checking out and waiting in line again. You are given a box number (mailbox located just outside the main entrance) in it is an envelope with your room number, key, and instructions on how to get to your room and your receipt. INNOVATIVE, PERFECT! SIMPLE! My room was a wonderfully large and spacious room with a huge TV! I recommend this to ALL travelers, old and young alike! The hotel is in the center of the city, and everything you could possibly want or need is at your finger tips; and, although it is located in the city center is was admirably quiet once inside the room!

There is nothing not to like about this hotel and its mode of operation. There were even tables pre-set for those who wanted to have breakfast.

Great location, in the centre, close to shopping district, bus and train stations. Lovely little complimentary treats in the minibar and on the pillows. Very nice touch. Clean, new look/feel room.

Only downside was having to walk to a different venue for breakfast and no English language channels on the TV. Though 40+ channels if you do speak German : )

I liked how clean the facility was. before arrival, there was an update regarding the keys for self-check-in. The facility was very close to the train station, and the bus station connection was easy. It's in the city centre so there's a lot to see if you decide to walk outside your room. The setting looked way better than what we saw in the pictures. You have to be there to experience the comfort yourself. I recommend it and will gladly book again when next I visit the city.

We stayed for a week in an Apartment type room, so we had a separate kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Twin beds, but absolutely okay when pushed together, beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep. Dark curtains. Leysieffer coffee machine with enough capsules for full stay (we asked for additional ones right in the beginning, otherwise possible to ask the cleaning ladies as receptionist not always there). Comfortable outside door working with room card - at check-out can simply leave the card in a mailbox. Kitchen is small and very limited supplies, but we were well prepared and had some things and spices with us (these are not provided on-site). The grocery store is right next door, so it was really easy and convenient to make our own food throughout the stay - perfect way to stay on budget. Across the street is also a lovely breakfast buffee, a bit pricey though, but fabulous coffee! As I had read all the previous reviews, I was a bit concerned mainly regarding the kitchen area being too minimalist, but must admit that eventually this accommodation exceeded our expectations. And definitely one of the best locations a tourist could have!

Check-in was a bit challenging, but luckily we were able to arrive at the daytime while receptionist was there, so after calling she came downstairs to meet us. Some noise coming from the hallway (by other guests), as the apartment door was not anyhow soundproof. Few dishes and the pan was not clean in the kitchen, also plates were a bit broken, but still useable. No bowl in the kitchen.

The location was great. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and what you need for preparing breakfast and light meals.

I could not find the switch for the air conditioner. There was no oil in the kitchen. The salt was empty.

Overall condition of the hotel was good. A lot of construction going on to further enhance. The rooms are exceptionally big. Very comfortable. Hotel provided baby crib as requested. Thumbs up. Will come back soon.

Only little drawback is that the elevator doesn't stop in the respective level, but in the half floor. You either need to carry your luggage, etc either half a floor up or down from the elevator.

The location of the Hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with all of our questions and requests. Our room was very clean, and the complimentary items in the room were a nice surprise.

Our room didn't have any coffee options, which would have been nice since we learned that other rooms had a coffee maker in them.

Excellent location in the center.

Very noisy room; even with the windows closed it was very loud with traffic, people talking etc. It's not soundproof-room as described in the websites. The room was quite spacious but it had super tiny shower.

Great location near the Schloss Theater and a supermarket. You can go to the reception and room with a lift. The good air-conditioned large and clean room was an oasis in the hot summer. Free drink and snack were available in the minibar.

Early check-in was not available. You can leave your luggage at a partner hotel a few minutes' walk away where friendly staff welcome you. Rolling suitcases on the cobblestone streets around the partner hotel was a challenge.

Nice spacious room with comfortable beds in a good location for a reasonable price!

Information regarding checkin / checkout, tourist tax etc was only in German. Since there was no reception it was difficult to ask anyone. I also think that the idea of writing your credit card info on a piece of paper goes against everything security wise.
