Easy check in.Beautiful clean hotel. Bedroom opens out to a quiet garden area & has a small fridge, t.v etc.. Nice Rituals body wash, shampoo, hand soap in bathroom, Nice restaurant and Bar for breakfast & evening meal. Located within walking distance of Fulda train station & shopping, cafes and cathedrals etc. Check out at 12 so it means you can walk downtown in the morning before you leave.

Everything fantastic.

Staff friendliness and implicit understanding of guest needs. Well designed bathroom. Comfortable size room with storage space and working top. Reasonably priced breakfast. Able to walk easily with luggage to station. These all added up to a great stay.

Cannot really think of anything to be critical of during my 4 nights there.

A comfortable, clean and functional room in a centrally located hotel. Only a shortbwslk away from the vibrant town. The breakfast was super value compared to other hotels we have stayed in. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The bar is currently being renovated but the barman was professional and efficient when lots of clients arrived for a night cap after the concert most had attended. Into the bargain he was working alone!

I have been going to this hotel for 6 years. I have tried others in Fulda, but this is the only one I book now. It is about 7 minutes walk to the station, that goes to Franfurt and Munich. The hotel has lots of storage space and, for me, the most important, the most professional and helpful staff in any hotel I have stayed in. Nothing is too much for them and that makes a huge difference when you stay in a hotel.

Room was clean and well maintained. The staff was great. The hotel is well situated for what I'm doing while in Fulda.

I had a problem with Wi-Fi and internet connectivity. I couldn't get it in my room and had to go to reception to connect.

Location was a short walk to centre of old town. Staff were super helpful and efficient. Breakfast wad great, even if you're gluten free you'll get a good breakfast. Air con in room was a God send. Loved it, would stay here again!

Street facing rooms could have done with glazing that reduces street noise. Curtains with black out linings really are essential, I was lucky brought my eye shades!

Staff are very helpful and do everything to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff, are meticulous. The hotel has plenty of facilities and more cupboards and places to put your luggage, than any other hotel I have stayed in. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast in Fulda. I have stayed iin most hotels in Fulda and this one has the best staff, receptionist and management. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is a 5 minute walk to the station,and 4 minutes to the town centre. I have stayed there several times and they have never disappointed me. They, as always enabled me to have great place to stay, while visiting the wonderful town of Fulda.

That family room was big enough for3 adults without feeling cramped. Rooms are clean. Location was great !Breakfast offered was great with enough choices and varieties. Most of very friendly and helpful staff!

The signage to the hotel in the Parkhaus needs tobe more specific. Instead of just showing sign signs f hotel to actnualky advise the location floor in the signage.

I felt truly welcome from the moment I arrived—every staff member was warm, attentive, and eager to meet my needs. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable.

Size of rooms ,spectacular shower pressure, pleasant view of interior courtyard garden space, Overall atmosphere and very pleasant staff

More milk for my morning tea ,but I am British so only a minor thing also the staff were quick and happy to supply me
