Automatic check in using kiosk machines after the reception was closed was very convenient since we arrived around 12 am.

The numbers to contact on the kiosk machine went unanswered. The hotel offers free parking but there was no information on how to park the car after the reception was closed.

The breakfast was good, with a varied choice. The best thing about the hotel was its location - very close to the bus/train station, Universitätsplatz and old town. The rooms are spacious.

I needed an hotel in Fulda as overnight stay, on my way to Hamburg Hbf and home. And INVITE Hotel Fulda City Hauptbahnhof was the perfect place for that. Very close to Fulda Hbf.

LOCATION, ACCOMMODATION SIZE, INTERIOR COLORS, AND QUALITY OF BATHROOM FACILITIES (NICE LARGE SINK). THE STAFF WAS RECEPTIVE AND ATTENTIVE TO MY CONCERNS.

THE INTERNET CONNECTION DISCONNECTED AFTER 5 DAYS (I STAYED 10 DAYS). I WAS I INFORMED (ONLY AFTER THE FACT) THE SYSTEM IS NOT DESIGNED TO LAST PAST 5 DAYS. THOUGH, THE ISSUE WAS QUICKLY RESOLVED,

The room was big, extremely clean, quiet and a stone's throw from the main station. Beds were comfortable, the shower was massive. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as we had an early start but the breakfast lounge looked clean and welcoming.

This may have been a glitch with our room only but at 10 pm at night the internet was cut off and wouldn't work in the morning either. Subsequently (as users of non-European cell phones), we did not get the notifications about our train.

Cleanliness could be better. Corridor and carpet partly splotchy.

The location was central to all tourist sights and shopping and directly 5 minutes walk from the railway station.

I’m probably nitpicking, but there was no water kettle or coffee in the room.

The staff of the hotel was one of the nicest I have ever met at any hotel. Very nice, friendly, helpful. I also loved the view from my room!

There isn't much negative to say, the only thing I would have to complain about is that the couch was a little dusty. Maybe a fridge would have been nice.
