The block of flats is managed from an office on the ground floor and there are people who can help if there is a problem. In our case we needed a fob to gain access to the car park. The flat is very modern and clean and within easy walking distance to the city centre. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and a coffee machine. The wifi is good and there is a desk that can be used to work from.

All the furniture, curtains and linens are grey, which makes it feel functional but drab.

We liked the location, surrounded by provision stores and walking distance from the city centre as well as the railway station. We liked the staff (especially Mr. Luda), extremely nice and cooperative. Moreover, we liked the general upkeep of the place.

The kitchen size was too small, so was the kitchen sink. We stayed for a month. For those staying shorter duration it should not be a bother.

Fantastic location, though its next to a busy street, so it got loud when the window was open. There are three large discounts in the area. Although not perfect (see below), the room was nice and spacious. Check in, despite a lack of a front desk, was quick and without any major issues. Clean. Basic utensils and dishes in the room.

All communication sent by the hotel was in German. Although I can speak and read a bit, some nuances were unclear. This can be a problem for people who do not speak German. The suite, though nice, has some visible cracks on the walls, some smudges. This wasn't bad, but perhaps this could merit some renewal, especially taking the price into account. A Teflon frying pan would preferable to the one that was in an apartment You are required to take all belongings with you, or face a fine of over 100 euro. It would be nice if there was some information if there is a food bank in the area so as not to throw out food. Not everything can be taken when traveling.

The check-in is made super easy and everything is so smooth. I stayed here three times and found it so convenient and safe. The rooms are clean and big. Love the small kitchen - very convenient for short and long stays. Also, I appreciate the addition of hairdryer which is really a nice perk.

I wished they provided some basic kitchen needs such as oil and salt. I wished there was additional pillows or more comfortable pillows and comfortable blanket.

The staff were super friendly! Whenever I needed to communicate with them, I received a reply in less than 10 minutes, and all my issues were resolved. The wifi is excellent. Very easy check-in. There's a bus stop in front of the building, and in 5 min walk you're in the city center.

Easy to chek-in and out. Clean. I cooked and it was ok but there were no salt/pepper or oil which I am not travelling with and too much to buy just for few days.

The bed was ok but could have been better. The temperature was a bit warm to sleep and I could not change it.

The apartment looks brand new. Everything is available to have a nice short stay. It also feels very secure. The staff was friendly. I slept well and the bathroom is very nice and clean.

It is located just out of the city centre, on a busy main road so it is not an option to let the window open during the night because of the noise.

The apartment is spacious for a single person. The balcony was great and the view was very nice. It has most appliances one might need. Also it is very clean and functional.

1. No hairdryer! That is a stable now even in much cheaper hotels! 2. The bed was a bit weak, I felt it was about to break down under my weight and I was moving on it very carefully. 3. The microwave is really awkward. You press the buttons again and again and nothing is happening! Not easy to use at all. 4. No iron! A small iron would be a nice addition to the room. I was on a business trip and wanted to iron my shirt!

The self contained studio flat had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was perfect. Also the check in and out process was easy.

Nothing bad to report really. Obviously it is student accommodation but the facilities are excellent. I would still recommend it for a good value stay.

Very nice overall! It was very quiet, I didn’t hear my neighbors at all and could do "home" office from there. Everything functioning well, good wifi. Professional and easy communication with the hosts.

The kitchenette could benefit from a few additions, like a coffee machine and toaster, but everything that was provided functioned well.
