We were greeted at the reception by a very nice and helpful concierge. The extra requested were the parking and to have our pets staying in the rooms. Both requests had been met without any issue. We thought this was exceptional considering that we stop often in the Gottingen area and always had problems of one sort or another arising at the last minute. I'd like to commend the cleanliness of the room, the good selection available for breakfast and the comfortable bed. Also to note the value for money, in other accomodation we paid much more for considerably less.

I booked this hotel for the second time because the first time it had kettle in the room. This time the room had no electric kettle, but the receptionist got one for us anyway.

We were satisfied with everything, clean, comfy, just what we needed for an overnight stay. Free parking behind the building, just perfect. The hotel has no bar, but we planned to go out in the city anyway and on either of our two stays we didn't miss anything.

The bed is comfortable. A small fridge in the room. Tea facilities( without tea sachets but you can ask for it at the reception).

The pillow is terrible!!! 4 star hotel usually provides at least 2 good quality pillows but this one was really bad! Clogged drain in bathtub. If you are 4 star hotel, please provide hair conditioner, body cream, tissues, etc.

Have fridge in room, safe, nice comfy bed, good size room. Everything you need for 1 or 2 nights to stay.

Didn't hava any tea or coffee in room. There was a place to store them, but all empty. Our room didn't have any amazing views by window, but location was good.

Quiet location, very close to the city, number of bus routes available less than 50 meters from the hotel entrance that takes you to the City center, or to Göttingen train station in 10 minutes. The hotel staff are very friendly. Very clean room provided with flat TV, mini fridge, Kettle, iron table and a wall safe.

The staff members are super friendly. They were able to accommodate my travel schedule allowing me an early check-in. They were also kind to answer all my questions in a timely matter! super helpful!

The location is a bit far away from city centre. But the buses are reliable and convenient. Considering its price, this is a great choice!

I had a complicated set with two pets (a dog and a cat). The hotel staff were extremely hospitable and welcoming, they did everything to facilitate my stay. Many thanks!

Good location and very quiet. Good beds. Room bigger then standard. Good china restaurant next door. Huge Supermarkt centrum in 300m walking distance. All busstops in front of the hotel.

wifi connection is sometimes unstable. If you live too close to the end of corridor, then you will probably lose wifi connection.
