This hotel offers great value for money. Check in and out was seamless and very easy and convenient. The parking was great, with barrier access to an outdoor parking lot, which was a relief for us as we were travelling with a roof box on our SUV so had experienced issues either underground parking lots/garages. Rooms were spacious with large bathrooms and great water pressure in the showers.

Staff we did see weren’t friendly. The breakfast was awful. No hot options at all, lots of cake though if that’s what you like. Just odd. But maybe that’s how they like it in Germany!

Very quiet, very clean, nice location to get into the countryside. Breakfast was good as well. Spacious room, good value for money.

Staff was a bit rude, especially the breakfast crew. Closing the buffet off at the very second it closes and turning off all the machines while there's many people still sitting there doesn't really scream "hospitality" to me. All the signs throughout the hotel telling you what NOT to do felt a little patronizing.

Almost everything is automated, there's no need to communicate to somebody. Good small room when you are travelling. Good breakfast with good choice.

Instructions are sometimes minimal and perhaps it's better to improve them. Especially when paying for parking. For example, it's not clear where the payment machine is located when reading additional information near the exit barrier.

We're not expecting a lot since it was only 1 overnight stay on our trip, but the hygiene, good beds and great breakfast was a great surprise. In the hotel rooms no cooking options but in the lobby there is a microwave which is really convenient. Also vending machines.

The room was very comfy, quite big for one person. It was warm, which I liked very much. I didn't hear anything from the corridors or other rooms, so I could sleep peacefully even in the middle of the day.

Hotel is located far from the city, and the buses don't come too often.

Was very easy to check in and automated. The room was comfortable and had every thing we needed for one night. Good bed, clean bathroom, and was pet friendly. The breakfast was good and had different options. Is well located and close to many restaurants.

We liked everything

The hotel looks exactly as in the pictures. Even though people would expect to find a fully automated hotel, you can find a few people from the staff in the morning until noon / evening, so if anything happens they can help you.

It is a bit far away from the train station and city center, but the buses that are operating in the hotel's area are really helpful in reaching any zone of the city.

A nice place just a minute from autobahn. It's located in a calm area mixed with housing and car dealerships, very calm in the evening and the roads wasn't heard from the room. Spacious and clean rooms. Pretty decent breakfast buffe.

Not many options walking distance to eat in the evenings and also not many available tables the close restaurants, as Germans like to reserve tables for dinner, so they are empty but reserved for later. Price for breakfast was slightly too high for what it was.

The room and bathroom were spacious for a one-night stay. Accessible in terms of motorways, restaurants, and city center (by car). The room and hotel were clean, with no unpleasant smell.

The only issue is that we booked a double bedroom but ended up with 2 single beds but we arranged and put everything back to how they were. Parking is not free of charge but there is enough space to park.

Nice and large room! Easily accessible location.

No AC but this was clearly mentioned during both booking and other communication emails so not a problem as such, just something to be aware of. No breakfast at the hotel but a few places within a few minutes walk.
