The staff is extremely friendly, accommodating and child-friendly. Overall, a positive, professional and customer-oriented service that actually deserves *****. There were major problems with the cleanliness of the apartment and the kitchen utensils, but these were quickly resolved and sorted out politely. In this way we can also enjoy the bar, which is highly recommended and worth mentioning.

The cleanness was disappointing. There is a lot to do make it better. But the solving of the problem was very good. Also the Apartment and hotel is locate in a more industrial or business area.

I liked everything about my stay there. The location was great, staff was amazing and wonderful, and the room and bathroom were great. Appreciated having laundry facility.

The air-conditioning didn't work hardly at all, so it was hot in the room all of the time. Having a portable fan would have been really helpful. I had to ask to have my room cleaned after I'd been there almost two weeks.

We stayed in Studio Loft for five nights. The apartment is well-equipped, modern, and elegant. We had a full kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc. We traveled by car, so we had first to park at the underground parking (nice and clean), take the elevator to the reception of the FREIgeist Nord, and walk 50 m to the entrance of the Home. The main attraction of Goettingen, the old town, is about a 10-15 min walk from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In general, FREIgeist is a great hotel. However, adding a separate breakfast and parking fee somewhat decreases the value-to-price ratio. To be fair, FREIgeist is not unique in this regard - most hotels in Germany have increased prices and invented additional fees.

1. The air conditioner was not really an air conditioner. The hotel added small vents to the heating battery, which theoretically could cool the room when cold water passes. It works to a certain extent, but I would not call it an air conditioner. 2. The hotel is located on the main road, Weender Landstrasse, which is quite noisy.

The room is fully equipped and very comfortable and located near the city centre. The option to check out somewhat later for free is wonderful.

The blanket is way too thin and highly uncomfortable for people like me that like their beds to be cozy and warm. Rooms at the street side are very noisy, especially if you would like to sleep with an open window.

The property is new and designed with care. It is a tranquil and calm property fit for a visiting professor of the local university. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed and Imwas lucky to have a view on one of the very few areas around the property.

The property is somewhat distant from the city. While the distance is not in itself a problem, the busy road leading to it makes for a monotonous walk, therefore, factor in the cost of either a readily available scooter or a bus. There was limited milk available with the free coffee and the local store, a part of the property, opens too late for getting bakery products for breakfast.

Convenient location, lots of useful amenities for long term stay like washing machine and lobby for all guests to hang out in. Security is tight, only allowing guests with card access to enter the lobby

The rooms did not feel as clean as it could be, especially the floors. The cleaning could also be done more often. We stayed for 2 weeks but only had cleaning scheduled twice.

Big underground parking, good insulation toward the street. The bed is comfortable. Good amenities for tea/coffee/ some moderate cooking.

The noise insulation between the rooms is practically non existent. I could hear someone coughing like they were standing next to me. Air conditioning is a bit of a joke, not sure how it fares in summer.

very nice, clean and all u need for a couple of days in Göttingen. The rooftop has great views and cocktails!

Everything’s amazing, only at higher temperatures it would be better to have a real a/c. The air flow in our room didn’t work as a/c and was loud but u can’t regulate cooler temperatures. so it stayed quite warm and the street is busy when opening the window.

Clean and comfortable . The place is new and well located. Shower is great, kitchen is well maintained (though they had no dishwasher capsules..)

Outrageous price for parking (15€ per night). The coffee machine wasn’t working properly, so we didn’t get a chance to get a decent coffee while we were there (4 nights)

The hotel was overbooked, but I’ve got different location 4*hotel. Can’t tell you what it was cuz ya’ll would be jealous :) whoever overbooked THAK YOU! The castle, the room, the service, the 5* food and the people at the reception were just great! I’m staying with you in the future!
