A very nice place, placed in the outskirts of a small forrest. Close to the motorway. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very good. Staff was xcelent and the restaurant was good too. Nice traditionally German food. Breakfast even better. Loved the ryebread. And a great selection. We were only there for an overnight stay, but could easily have stayed for a few more days. Pet friendly as well. Can only recommend it. Would love to return again. There is no hot water cooker in the room, but could be given to you on request by staff.... TV has only German channels, which is not a problem for me, but for my wife, as she not speaking German. " minor things, which is in no way bringin the score down. Can only say : Perfect :-)

We loved the space of the terrace apartments which was ideal for our dog and family. Excellent breakfast and the restaurant serving delicious local food.

On our first stay we had a first floor terrace apartment and our dog was not keen on stairs, which was not ideal. However on our second stay we had a ground floor terrace apartment which worked perfectly.

Very nice and friendly staff, beautiful area for nature lovers, very quite. Spa is small but good selection of sauna, steam bath. everything is nice and clean.

Room is small and neat, but not very pretty, bit old fashioned. Kitchen is sort of in the middle of the main building and you can smell the food in the building everywhere. it smells good, but was a little too much for me.

Quiet as it's in the countryside, nice to relax and go walking or cycling. Hotel rooms and self catering available.

Not much, on the pricey side compared to UK hotels but that's the cost you have to expect in Europe.

Nice hotel, got everything we needed. Lovely to be able to walk around the hotel in the forest with our dog. Very pet friendly staff, good service. Beds and pillows perfect!

As we arrived in the dark it was a bit concerning for me to drive in the dark down the narrow roads, apart from that the location was beautiful and drive out was much better.

Great staff, perfect location for travelling. Minutes from the autobahn, but located in the woods. I booked this on the way out, and rebooked this hotel on my return as I enjoyed it so much. Good food and great breakfast.

Check in is until 10, which is usually fine - some travellers might find this restrictive. The restaurant closes at 9. Biggest dislike is the booking.com survey form saying "You're doing great, keep going" as it thought I didn't write enough to dislike! Nothing to dislike!
