Room was in a quite location on the site. Very clean. Staff were all very helpful and had a smile on their faces. Breakfast choice was good and well laid out. Restaurant meals were very good. Good location and only approximately 5 mins from A1.

Shower pressure was very low and barely adequate. Curtains were very thin and allowed light in as soon as the sun rose.

Nice stay in this hôtel located within a short distance from the motorway. It is a good adress for a one night stopover. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The parking was very close to the room and therefore very convenient. The breakfast was rather good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant - which I didn’t try. I went to the pizzeria around which was ok (but only takes cash!).

Maybe the hotel could translate its information (rules and so forth) in English. A very minor thing :the TV seemed pretty small compared to the room which was huge.

We have stayed here a couple of times before. We booked a family apartment even though there's just two of us and a dog, just so we have a bit more space, which for the little bit extra is nice. I sadly didn't do my research well enough and had forgotten to check that the restaurant on site isn't open on Sundays which we were very sad about, they do lovely food and are super accommodating to our dog being with us. We ended up buying a pizza across the road, just be mindful they only accept cash! Nice enough pizza. The Reception isn't open on Sundays either, but they were very lovely and had hidden our key for us, so we had no problem accessing the room.

I was sad that the restaurant was closed on a Sunday as it's such a popular day to travel through Europe due to no trucks allowed, but this was entirely my fault for not checking. The remote to our TV wasn't working and as it was sunday there was no reception to speak to directly about it, I could've called but it was such a minor thing, I didn't bother. Not a massive issue though as we had a laptop with us and some preloaded content to watch at night.

The top floor apartment was perfect for us as a family of four. There was a little kitchenette area and dining table. There is also a lovely big covered balcony. The beds were very comfortable. We had a lovely meal in the Italian restaurant opposite which was ideal as we arrived late and the shops were all shut for Good Friday. There is a supermarket a two minute walk away as well. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

The bathroom door is see through so as long as you are good friends with everyone you are sharing with there is no problem!

This hotel was amazing, we paid for the family apartment, and travelling with a dog, this was ideal. It had so much room, too much for just two people so it felt luxurious. The staff we incredibly friendly and very welcoming, I tried communicate in my german, and they were very understanding and switched to english later on as my partner does not speak german at all. We ate at the hotel restaurant, and while there isn't a lot on the menu, it's totally fine, and the food was honestly incredibly delicious, and they let us have our dog with us at all times, and had a table set aside in a corner which was perfect. Everything was nice and clean and as you'd expect. I loved the fact that there wasn't much noise from the other rooms in the Family apartment, again very handy when travelling with a (guarding) dog. Also the location was great, not far from the motorway/ highway, and it offered some nice local walks for the dog. 10/10 I will be returning here!!

The wifi was pretty slow at times, not the end of the world but noticeable. The floor was pretty cold, would advise guests to bring slippers when staying in the family apartment.

The hotel is in a quiet town a short distance driving from the A1 highway and our large clean room was away from the main road, so had a good night sleep. Comfortable beds, though 2 separate beds and not the single bed we booked. Although we arrived after kitchen closing time, we could still order a warm dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast was simple, but all one needs. Good value for money.

Close to the autobahn for an overnight break it was easy to find. Receptionist offered us use of the sauna and later gave us really helpful guidance about where to start our evening stroll along a footpath advertised in the main hotel car park. She was so proud that we wanted to see 'her village'. Staff spoke excellent English. Vast room was in a modern block at the back of the older hotel building and we could park right outside our window. Despite a simultaneous wedding breakfast in the conservatory we had excellent service for our pleasant meal in the bar. Comprehensive breakfast was excellent. (Very convenient supermarket across the road where we bought our lunch supplies)

They were doing some remedial work on the drainage system near the car park and just once we caught the whiff but it will be completed by the time you read this. No English language channels on the TV for news, but we didn't find this in any hotel.

How central it was for the museum, walks and Osnabruck. Great base, great staff. I only gave the facilities a good rating because there was a wedding breakfast and we had to have breakfast in the annex, which was like a greenhouse because it was sunny. That aside, absolutely recommended.

Everything. The staff were very accommodating; the room was much nicer (and larger) than expected; there were dining options located close by; very quiet and lovely small town; and there was plenty of parking. Loved staying at this property.

Beautiful apartment. So spacious and quiet. Staff were amazing. We arrived during a power cut due to a storm so were unable to check in but were given free bottled water and biscuits. Despite the long outage the staff managed to cater for a wedding in the evening.
