Reception welcoming and able to check in a bit earlier as room ready. So much appreciated Room as expected for BB hotel. Very functional. Very clean. Comfy bed and linens. Good nights sleep. Very quiet on side away from train tracks. Window able to be opened. Didn’t need AC. Did feel very expensive compared to other BBs. Not sure why as in most unfortunate location. New infrastructure roading. No direct route from train station and no food or supermarkets close by. Prob fine if you have car.

Nice enough room. Vending machines in the lobby. Close enough to Osnabruck town centre to walk (15-20 mins)

When we arrived the front door was closed and nobody in the reception area. We were supposed to have received an email with pin no, etc to get into the hotel if nobody on reception but this had not arrived. Quick call to the company and we got the pin. But we waited 15 mins to get in from first arrival.

We stayed 2 nights from Ireland to help settle our son in for college for 6 mths Value for money . The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when needed The hotel was very clean modern and up to date. The breakfast was very different but loads of it rolls, cheese, salami ,pepronni, fruit cereal etc no hot fry up. Location is key maybe in few years it may be different. The Germans as well as all the people we encountered at bus/train stations,shops and resturants were all as helpful as possible . Definitely would rate Osnabrück and will definitely go back .

There was nothing to do in the hotel/ area or room it rained outside so we didnt go out from hotel . English is rare out there even though we were told there would be some basic level there was none. The television channels were in German only so we sat in room with nothing to do. The area around Hotel B&B is been renovated so it's loud ,messy like a construction site. Nothing to do or see around the hotel only cargo railway track in you face as you come and go . Everything is closed on Sunday it was like Christmas day.

The hotel is clean, all you need is there. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy and the breakfast was very nice

The access to the car park is complicated as the access street is closed on one end. The hotel is prerty basic but the price reflects that.

Carefully designed, comfortable room for three, practical nooks for clothes storage, pleasant staff, bag hold available, easy keypad entry to room. Everything worked, and nothing was missing

The kids enjoyed the breakfast, but it was just ok for the price.

A brilliant check in and checkout system. Great and helpful manager. Modern, stylish and fun decor in room. Good lighting and shower pressure.Excellent breakfast and excellent value. Would highly recommend

Despite no staff late night check in was no issue ,quite systematic secure check-in process is really impressive

By default a water bottle should have been provided along with some tea bags or water kettle

The location was good, friendly staff, clean, quiet room with comfy beds , kids loved the bunk bed. Good shower and bathroom facilities.

The hotel wasn't fenced off from the main road

Clean modern hotel. Great air conditioning. Free parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Ability to park outside while unloading.

Self check-in tried to charge for the room again. No disabled parking. Didn't cause an issue but could for others.

Modern and very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good location with various eating options nearby. The spacious free parking next to the hotel is really nice.

The closing of the room doors is a bit loud, could be heard from a few rooms away.
