We liked the nostalgia look of the 50 and 60, which is fun to revisit, as it reminds me of years long gone. The rooms were modern ,very clean and well equipped for the price, they even had a Make up” mirror which is always greatly appreciated. Their staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot speak about their breakfast, as we didn’t have any,but the room looked pleasant enough.

Personally I would have preferred different pillow, these were a bit lumpy, but 2 did the trick.

Location was walking distance from city center + public transport nearby (busstops). The staff were very friendly, very available and have good communication. Internet was very good. The bathroom was beyond my expectation with plenty of towels and a very nice shower. Room had good ventilation which could be adjusted to my liking and the bed was comfy.

A mini fridge of some sort would have been nice to keep my unopened drinks cold.

The staff of this hotel is like a little family and takes care of the customers! A little shout out for Leo, Mohammed, Yasmin (so sweet at the phone) and Samita (you made us feel seen and at home)! The room is nice, clean, great climat control, nice bar good breakfast, and great shower.

The parking you have to pay by day, better would be the price a bit higher and then free parking Some dutch or english tv would be nice but we had fun without it!

The staff was very friendly, we enjoyed the offerings at breakfast, and we were very happy to have parking in the garage under the hotel since the city parking lots were very busy with all of the Christmas market visitors. It was around a 10-15 minute walk to the areas with the Christmas markets which was convenient for us. The room was clean and pretty comfortable.

We were on the bottom floor and it was a somewhat busy street. The pillows on the bed were pretty thin.

The staff who took care of us and our baby went above and beyond to help us carrying all of our stuff plus pram to our room because there is no lift to our building

Difficult disability access for people staying in larger room, because it is in separate building and connected by stairs

Very clean and good location. Love that one of the rooms was with huge windows. The receptionist were vey helpful and kind.

Not a big deal but feel like these can be improved: we asked the room cleaning, however, all towels were not changed either tidy up. Also, when we came back one side of our bed was made but the other side still messing. Wondering if this was a normal thing in Germany. One more little point, the small trash bin in our room was broken so we had to touch it to open the lip, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of the property is good! Close to the city center. Room was clean and had all the facilities and very spacious!

We were on the front of the hotel (second floor) which meant hearing the noises of the street. Which were a bit too much! The windows didn’t offer enough silence. Woke up of the loud noises of music and engines.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was also good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. :-) I would stay there again.

One thing to improve: I understand that hotels have the "insert the card for electricity"-system. But I think the hotel could let the electricity working for 5 seconds after we take out the card. It's a little annoying to have a completely dark room immediately after taking out the card because we still have to find the exit door.

Great value for money, convenient location, staff is very nice. The shower is amazing, just insane water pressure, like standing under a waterfall.

As everywhere in hotels in Northern Europe, the central air is only able to take a little edge off the heat.

This is a very good hotel. Great location for exploring a very interesting old German city. Bright & airy. Superb rooms. Staff equally excellent. And a sumptuous breakfast. Worth diverting to Osnabruck if you get the chance.
