The staff was very friendly, we enjoyed the offerings at breakfast, and we were very happy to have parking in the garage under the hotel since the city parking lots were very busy with all of the Christmas market visitors. It was around a 10-15 minute walk to the areas with the Christmas markets which was convenient for us. The room was clean and pretty comfortable.

We were on the bottom floor and it was a somewhat busy street. The pillows on the bed were pretty thin.

Very clean and good location. Love that one of the rooms was with huge windows. The receptionist were vey helpful and kind.

Not a big deal but feel like these can be improved: we asked the room cleaning, however, all towels were not changed either tidy up. Also, when we came back one side of our bed was made but the other side still messing. Wondering if this was a normal thing in Germany. One more little point, the small trash bin in our room was broken so we had to touch it to open the lip, which was a bit inconvenient.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was also good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. :-) I would stay there again.

One thing to improve: I understand that hotels have the "insert the card for electricity"-system. But I think the hotel could let the electricity working for 5 seconds after we take out the card. It's a little annoying to have a completely dark room immediately after taking out the card because we still have to find the exit door.

The location of the property is good! Close to the city center. Room was clean and had all the facilities and very spacious!

We were on the front of the hotel (second floor) which meant hearing the noises of the street. Which were a bit too much! The windows didn’t offer enough silence. Woke up of the loud noises of music and engines.

Location is fantastic. Rooms are nice clean and the A.C worked perfectly. My room was very quiet.. Checking in was good.

I think for €21 the breakfast should really offer more than what it does.. what it offers is nice and tastes good. The meats were fresh, and the food tasted nice. But more verity would have been nice.

We stayed just for 1 day on our way back home, but it was a super nice stay. We had a baby and a dog, and the room was equipped with the small kitchen which was super handy. The room was very clean and cosy. We also tried breakfast which was quite nice: big variety of different things for every taste. Parking is also available, literally 1 min walking from the hotel. Very friendly and polite service. Totally recommended.

Unfortunately our safe did not work, it was only a battery, but only the maintenance man had access to the battery, he didn't come on shift again until Monday 😕

Very friendly staff. The possibility to have your bike parked at a safe place. I stayed here twice with a couple of days in between. The second time I was given a larger room even though the first one was good too as far as I was concerned. Location is within walking distance of the city centre.

Nothing really.

-Staff was exceptionally friendly. -Rooms were in superb condition. -Overall very good value for money. -Inner city is well within walking distance.

-Very few free parking spaces within walking distance to the Hotel. -Parking at the Hotel was too steep a price for my taste at 15€ / day.

Brilliant location, the staff were super helpful. Room was small but comfortable.

I think for the price breakfast should have been included. The bathroom is inside the room and there was sometimes a drain smell coming from the shower.
