This was a second time staying here on our drive through, and the room again was just as expected, really lovely, no issues. We had no noise at all from other guests, we did stay on a Tuesday so that could have been a quiet day. Lovely space and very relaxing. Had a lovely meal at the restaurant, with lovely staff who was very accommodating to my somewhat broken German. They spoke good english with my partner though so clearly not an issue. Really relaxing atmosphere, no screaming kids or loud people at the dinner which was heavenly. Some very nice walks literally right outside the hotel, so great for traveling with dogs.

Not a fan of the pillows but that's so individual it's hard to please everyone. We had our own with us so it wasn't an issue. It wouldn't hurt to have some AC installed as both times I've stayed here the rooms remained quite warm throughout the night, and there's no way to cool them down besides sleeping with open windows which is impossible with a dog in a new environment.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. The spa space was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the sauna! Restaurant has also great menu and quality local ingredients.

The only thing we found disappointing was that there is no privacy in the room as they are all looking out where the entrance is located. So as long as the curtains are open, anyone can see you from outside, otherwise you don’t have any natural light. Despite that, we really liked it - as we were accomodated to the end of the corridor where the likehood of someone walking by was limited.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, delicious food at the restaurant for the dinner. Breakfast was also good with a good variety. Due to lack of time, I could not enjoy the experience at the spa....

Unavailable restaurant for the lunch, if you really want to be picky, but only because the night before the dinner had been so good. Guests who are not gourmets can also forget this last comment.

Very friendly reception and restaurant staff. Having an outside garden for dinner and a beer was a nice bonus. And location? There was easy access from the autobahn, and there were local walks nearby accessible from the hotel.

My room faced west and honestly it was a little hot in the evenings and took time to cool down.

Love being able to have a sauna after a long day's drive. The staff were super - friendly and attentive. Not far from the motorway for my overnight stay on route. Quiet. Good restaurant with a fair number of vegetarian options.

I couldn't get the bedside light to work in my room. I only stayed one night so there wasn't time to get it seen to/fix it. The other lights in the room were very bright, it would have been nice to be able to have low light. This is pretty minor and won't stop me going back.

Very nice with a very good restaurant. The restaurant is very popular with the local residents and was quite busy. Breakfast is more continental than British, as one would expect. It was winter and the room heating was very good.

It came up to my expectations and I have no criticisms If you’re using TomTom use coordinates as opposed to post code. The sat nave took me to the wrong end of the road. About 4 kilometres from the hotel.

Some design failings in the bedroom - just one sliding door to close either the bathroom or wardrobe, but not both. Rather expensive for the size of room and location.

Really nice staff. Beautiful room, and the rest of the hotel was lovely too. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

The room became quite stuffy during the night; opening the window was not a good option because there would be quite bad traffic noise.

Nice staff, beautiful rooms with supershower, nice big rom with garden and fridge, VERY good breakfast!

Breakfast too expensive so we didn't have it.
