We arrived at the hotel, and the staff booked us in quickly and efficiently. I had a concern about parking, but they sorted that too for us, allowing us to park the expedition vehicle in their compound. Lovely room and bathroom as well. Breakfast was definitely worth having with plenty of choice. Dinner was good, but see below.

We decided to have dinner in as we could not be bothered to go out. The food was good but the service was very slow. I would say that was my only issue with the establishment.

Very modern and clean. Staff were very pleasant. Didn’t hear any noise. Outside area is nice. We arrived late so didn’t get to enjoy much but I will definitely stay here again as I come to Osnabrück a few times a year.

Only a quick stopover but nothing to complain about at all. Some people made comments about the hospital/ambulances close by. We didn’t hear anything and I am very fussy about noise. In all honesty an ambulance siren wouldn’t cause me concern anyway.

Service, staff is friendly, the hotel is just perfect. He spend our wedding night there after civil ceremony. We applied one room, but got even with better conditions “executive room” on the 4th floor with our own garden at the Terrasse. Moreover, we got a champagne as a compliment from the hotel bc of our special day. Thank you guys for this amazing service! The room was clean with beautiful design, besides there was even a coffee machine in our room. Also, we could watch a TV in the bathroom on the mirror 😁 The best hotel🌟

Not the most central location, near the hospital, but suited us. Breakfast was good with lots of options, no fresh brown rolls on last day of our stay, friendly and helpful staff, free minibar was an unexpected bonus! Room overlooking the courtyard so was quiet from a traffic perspective.

Room backed onto the elevator shaft and we could hear them going up and down.

The hotel is located only a couple of blocks from the central station. The city center is about a 10-15 minute walk. The room was a bit dark for my taste. The bathroom was tiny, but had everything one needed. Breakfast was fine and the service good.

Can’t criticize anything in particular. My room had an ironing board, but no iron. But since I didn’t need to iron anything, it wasn’t an issue. I am sure the front desk could have provided one!

We arrived on a magical winter’s night that started with a quick stroll from the train station and walked into a Christmas wonderland full of cheer, joy and wonderment. From here it just got better The friendly welcome, the delectable breakfast with options galore. The inviting lounge area and just how they captured the Christmas spirit Our suite was comfortable, and the bed was a dream Shower was hot with rain shower and hand held available with good pressure and a view outside to the garden and snowy backdrop

This property is excellent value for money, and we were pleasantly surprised with the interiors. The lobby is stylish with a central restaurant/bar area. The garden is also a beautiful place to have a few drinks. The rooms are comfortable and well sized for Europe. All rooms have AC and free wifi. The gym is enough for a quick workout as well, and it was very clean. Location is also great and only a ten minute walk from shops.

- Room cleaning had to be requested by midnight the night before. This was bizarre and I forgot to do it each night so my room my never cleaned! They should at least empty the bins even if they don't clean the rooms. - The restaurant closes early. - Breakfast is pretty limited

Good location with public transport nearby and city center easily reachable by walking. The breakfast is delicious and super complete. Staff is nice and very kind with pets - they gave treats and water to my pet at the bar.

Since there's a hospital nearby, sometimes you can hear ambulances passing by. And, you can hear people shutting their rooms' doors.

Having my door card cancelled at 11.50. When I returned from taking some kit to my motorbike parked in the garage I couldn’t access my room to collect the rest. The young lady on reception was quite rude stating all cards are cancelled at 12. Having informed her by this time it still wasn’t 12 she replied “well you only have 5 minutes left” Knocked the edge off what was otherwise a great stay.

They advertise parking, however when we arrived it was full. We then discovered a sign specifying that if there’s spaces not allocated, but blocked, we should reach out to the reception to ask them to make space. However when we did this we were told that they allow everyone, not just people staying at the hotel, to use the parking. This caused an issue as they cannot contact people who doesn’t stay at the hotel to move their cars. Due to this, their hands were tied and we were forced to find another parking location. Not something you’d like to find out while having the car filled to the brim and have to go multiple trips instead of just taking the elevator up.
