The location of the hotel couldn’t really be better. The room was large with a really comfy bed and the complimentary water was appreciated. The bathroom was also a good size and the shower was great. We only stayed for one night and had plans for both dinner and breakfast elsewhere, however, the restaurant looked very nice.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel but unfortunately there was a couple of noisy people on the little road just outside our bedroom. It was after midnight and went on for a good 20-30 minutes. Not the hotel’s fault of course but it did interrupt our sleep.

Location is great and parking is free with a valet service too from a very friendly member of staff who parks the car for you. Dinner in the main restaurant is very good and there are some very different choices for non-meat eaters. Among others - the Bärlauch soup and Bärlauch pie were delicious. The shower has one of the easiest mechanisms to use - we wish all hotels used such a simple modern method

We had a room with a connecting door and perhaps that was the reason that we could hear the next door occupants so easily. The modern part of the hotel overlooks the courtyard restaurant. However, the noise died down fairly early on in the evening

Romantik Hotel Walhalla hotel is charming, historic, and located right in the center of town. Arriving during the week, the rooms were very good value for the money. During the weekend the price seems to go up quite a bit. I would recommend the hotel for younger people with no special needs.

I traveled with my mother who had a difficult time with the wooden beams in our room and bathroom. There were several right next to the bed in close distance, on the other side there were some right above the head. She knocked her head against one of those beams. Thankfully just a bump. The hotel also has several steps up and down between living area, reception and restaurants.

Lovely big room with a balcony. Staff in the brasserie were obviously well trained to be professional waiters not just waiting staff. You need to know that to access the hotel underground car park you have to turn the wrong way down a one way street just before the hotel!

There is no room dedicated as a bar. One would have to sit up at the bar in the brasserie. The last time, although there were tables not set up for dining - we were told we would have to sit in reception if we wanted a drink after a meal. This time they did allow some people to only drink at the tables but not sure whether this is a new policy, or at the whim of the staff.

A FABULOUS hotel - ancient but with large, modern, stylish rooms bang in the centre of the old town & surrounded by quaint old houses and a plethora of small shops sandwiched between great restaurants. Hotel has an excellent restaurant, beautiful terrace and super helpful staff. Plus its own underground car park. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Especially for the price.

A decent map for car drivers as satnav flunks out in the old town which is a maze of streets & mainly only for pedestrians.,

Great location, friendly staff. It might be a little noisy outside in the evenings, but if you bring earplugs it's no big deal.

Our queen bed was actually twin beds put next to each other, with a gap between matrassen and two separate sets of blankets. Also, unfortunately, the spa area was being renovated so we couldn't use the sauna. Would have been nice to be informed of this beforehand.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location!

Our room was dark and not part of the main building. Probably because we were travelling with a dog, we were given one of these rooms. Although the room was very big and the shower comfortable, the beds felt old and worn, and the room lacked atmosphere. Not quite as the rooms shown on Booking.

The garage was fully booked but the receptionist solved the problem in an excellent way. We got the owners place. The restaurant served excellent fine dining. Service first class. Breakfast rich sortiment. Sorry about the pizza walls in the rooms.

Lovely hotel in the old town. Fun to find as in a car restricted area with a narrow entrance but once there it was great. Pleasant helpful staff, car parking (the staff move the cars around to maximise the space used - a first for us but it worked well). We had a wonderful evening meal with friends (some local) in the restaurant on our second night. Great location for exploring the old town. Our room was up the side so well away from the street and very quiet. Shower good, bed comfortable.

Nothing, can't comment on breakfast as we took ours in the town.

The Walhalla is a very comfortable hotel in the cenrtre of Osnabruck provide all the comforts one could require with an outstanding restaurant and excellent breakfast

The directions to the hotel on Satnav are impossible to follow. There is apparently only one practical route that nobody at the hotel could describe to me!
