Breakfast was truly exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot international and local options. The hotel itself is ideally situated in a superb location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The facilities were extremely modern and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities throughout. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect blend of luxury and convenience.

The staff had limited English proficiency, which at times made communication a bit challenging, and their demeanor felt somewhat distant and unwelcoming. The hotel itself was quite small, offering limited space and amenities, and considering the overall experience, it felt rather overpriced for what was provided.

The hotel is new, good location, clean. Very good breakfasts in the restaurant opposite. The team is polite, but not professional. Anna congratulated me on my birthday personally, it was very nice, although the hotel administration could have done it.

The windows don't open, you need 24/7 air conditioning, which is unacceptable in the area of ​​rivers and forests, there was no mineral water even when checking in, there was no body cream, that is, those little things that leave a good impression. And most importantly, we got a room of a lower category than we ordered and paid for.

Perfect location. Right near the boats and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Good local walks and cycle cafes. Beautifully appointed. Service from staff was top notch. Wonderfully caring people. Great breakfast. Excellent parking. You won't regret booking this one.

Everything was fabulous.

This hotel is the perfect location for exploring all that the Spreewald has to offer. It’s directly across the street from the large harbor and several comfortable places to enjoy a meal or refreshments. Our room was spacious and very clean. Loved the rain shower! The staff were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. We also appreciated the private parking lot.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The receptionist, a delightful woman whose name unfortunately slipped my mind, gave us the warmest of welcomes upon our arrival. The bedroom was both spacious and immaculate, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast had everything you'd wish for.

Highly recommended place - great location, very nice and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms. We were visiting with friends during SUP trip and it was just great.

Everything was very good

It was a very nice room with latest amenities. Most probably the best looking room so far in my latest travels. The staff were really nice and friendly. Location is good as well.

The location

This is not a 4 star hotel. The reception had strange opening hours . The reception staff did not speak english and could not help with any information regarding the area. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned otherwise they were not.

Very modern and clean overlooking the harbourside. The style is a bit crazy but actually it works! The breakfast was absolutely amazing with lots of high quality fresh choice. Would come back here again
