room was comfy, lunch and dinner staff were good. Lunch and Dinner served were delicious. we tried all vegan and vegetarian items in the menu. mashed potatoes and risotto were amazing.

we didn't like the breakfast and that matters the most during holidays as you want to wake up and have hearty breakfast and enjoy mornings. also, the staff in the morning were not as approachable. Requested for basic french omelette which is standard in any hotel and they said it is not possible. Also, pan cakes, pastries and french toasts are very common in germany and even in german or Italian hotels and this hotel had breads, cereals, eggs, jams, butters, etc which were good but nothing that can give personal touch of Spreewald other than cucumbers. unlike other pension hotels where you do get something local to try atleast in omelettes. We requested for german like omelette but that was too oily and didn't taste good at all. I felt some fruit pieces were unripe as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this spa hotel. The accommodations were excellent—spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. The wellness facilities were top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the surrounding area is perfect for excursions, with plenty of beautiful spots to explore. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, nicely served, and had a great selection of local food. There is a parking for cars and bikes. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There are a few restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and a canoe rental place nearby. We were very satisfied with the hotel and would stay there again on our next visit.

Everything!! People nice, restaurant and breakfast excellent, facilities very clean and well kept, location great. Beautiful area, enjoyed walking and going to the spa.

Only problem was figuring out how to get there by train and bus. We made many mistakes. Website said get off at a stop where the bus hardly comes. Had to get on a different bus, long detour etc. Not really the fault of the place.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, and great customer service/friendly staff (rare in Germany so this was a lovely surprise).

having the sink in the middle of the room is slightly odd, but otherwise the room was excellent

Lovely space, great staff. Well located next to the Thermespa and the main hiking routes. Very quiet.

Small things - can’t control the heat entirely. Room was uncomfortably warm. Wanted to use the outside window shade so I could leave the door open but it was broken.

Wonderful small hotel that offers everything. Great food, you can eat outside if you want to. Great wellness program.
