The staff was very welcoming and friendly Our first room was incredibly hot and when we mentioned it after the first night we were allocated to a cooler and much nicer room, so hospitable! The facilities are great, nice pool with a bar and clean/safe saunas. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful field that you look out on and can walk around. There are horses and a petting zoo just opposite the hotel for kids :) Right around the corner of several spots where you can kayak (a must if you want to see Spreewald)

The hotel is a bit rundown, it feels stuck in the 80s No airconditioning or air control so over summer it gets hot. Same goes for the mosquitoes, without airco they’re everywhere despite the bugnetting on the windows The beds are quite basic, not so comfortable The dinner buffet wasn’t really for us..

Breakfast, staff, services, wellness area. Would love to stay there again. They also provided a free pick-up and drop shuttle from Vetschau train station.

Cold water in indoor and outdoor pool, even when it was mentioned warm water on website. Two single mattress on a double bed. Also, I opted for a 50 Euros wellness (massage) package for 50 minutes but it was done in less than 40 minutes with breaks, I wouldn't recommend it.

Breakfast had an immense variety of food and beverage The playground for kids in the external area of the restaurant was convenient and had enough room for all kids The mini golf is nice the warm pool is great and unforgettable to our 3y old

missed a separate corner in the breakfast and the restaurant with milk-free, gluten-free options for allergy sufferers

One of my favourite stop off’s on a road trip from Poland to UK. Indoor and outdoor pool were both set to magnificent standards, as was the buffet for dinner and breakfast. Thank you to all of the kind staff for taking care of us, we will be back again for longer than a night

Everything was perfect

our favorite place in Germany, very quiet, amazing pool and sauna, great food, and the mini zoo is amazing for children

It was very clean with very good decor, the room was extremely comfortable and high specification. The breakfast was unbelievable, best I’ve experienced in a while, there was definitely something for everyone’s taste. And the place was spotless.

I couldn’t think of anything, I’m sure no one could.

Pool and leisure facilities Italian restaurant was great Spa facilities were excellent.

The big room was very accommodating for the whole family and the proximity to the pool, the Italian restaurant and the small petting zoo made everything easy.

The Badehaus is beautiful. The room had everything we needed and even a little treat for our Yorkshire Terrier.

More pillows would be great.
