I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay unforgettable. A special shoutout has to go to Yagmur, who was an absolute gem! Her kindness, helpfulness, and genuine care stood out and made me feel so valued as a guest. The room itself was a dream. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and boasting the most breathtaking view of the city I could have asked for. Waking up each morning to that stunning panorama was pure bliss. Everything about this hotel exudes quality and attention to detail, from the cozy beds to the impeccable service. It’s safe to say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

The bathroom and bed were both excellent. There was a great coffee machine and a mini bar with surprisingly reasonable prices. High quality, organic shower and body cream. We specifically liked the infinity-style, rather long pool in the spa area and the sauna plus the spa space was decorated with beautiful murals and hotel provides spa towels and bathrobes. We would definitely stay again.

The room had no airco, so was rather warm due to outside temperatures of over 35 degrees, it was a crazy day. But the room was equipped with a very good, quiet ventilator which was great. I can imagine that on a ,normal, day the room temperature would have been perfect.

The room was comfortable and cosy for a modern hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff were generally friendly and helpful

1. The access to the underground parking was narrow and not convenient for a right hand drive car. The instructions on the intercom were not clear. Not a good introduction to the hotel on arrival. 2. The hotel lift was exceptionally slow. Nice, but painfully slow in operation

Good breakfast and clean rooms,. It's a good position to go to Dusseldorf and other cities. There are some nice cycle routes. Very nice swimming pool

the hotel has two locations (other side of the street). We were there and if you go to the swimming you are walking down the street with your swimming gear.

Great location within Haan. Excellent choice and variety available at breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. The room was fine for a one night stay, had everything I needed to sleep well

The rooms in the Annex are not as modern as in the main building (probably why they're a bit cheaper)

very comfortable room. designed in calm colors for relaxation, equipped with everything necessary. The staff is very tactful and competent. Hospitality at the highest level. Leaves a lasting pleasant impression.

Location - in the center, market is just around the corner. Nice and helpful stuff. Cosy and quite room. Tasty and rich breakfast.

Bed was a little too soft and the pillow wasn't very comfortable. Coffe at the breakfast wasn't very good.

Personal is great and very helpful. Location in the great area. During our stay there was vine festival, really enjoyed. Inside swimming pool one on the best we saw.
