The lady who served as our point of contact was the owner of the gasthaus and adjoining restaurant. She was incredibly friendly, and allowed us to check in early. Several of the rooms appeared to house family/restaurant staff, and ours was at the top, facing the front. If you stay here, you should definitely eat at the Akropolis restaurant, which is below/adjoining the gasthaus. The food and service were incredible.

Our room overlooked the main street, which offered a nice view, but was loud at times in the evening. Closing the rouladen definitely helped diminish the noise. There were two twin beds pushed together, but with a ridge in the middle; great if you had someone you didn't want to share a bed with, but not great if you're with your spouse! These were the only minor issues in an overall great stay.

Cozy room overlooking the river, in the center of the small town, with everything you may need. There was a fridge, a kettle for tea and coffee, a smart TV. The toom was clean and the host very kind! We also had dinner in the Greek restaurant, that was very good! Suggested!

I noticed that there was no toilet paper provided in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient. It would be helpful if housekeeping could ensure that basic amenities are stocked before guests check in.

It felt like visiting a relative. Warm and quaint. Hostess was very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was good. She runs the attached Greek restaurant which was delicious and felt authentic. Friendly and large portions of food. Great prices.

No elevator but probably would not have bothered us if we hadn’t just done a 5 mile vertical hike.

Anita was a lovely host who was very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time staying with her. Her Greek restaurant was just right next to the guest house, great food and very convenient after a long day out! Would highly recommend for travelers visiting Hausach.

The off road parking was some distance away and on the roadside, OK for cars but worrying for us to leave our motorbikes in such a location.

This was an excellent stay. The roomy spacious and airy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time!

The family ran the inn plus the attached restaurant. They were very kind and accommodating.

The weather was very warm and the windows didn't operate fully to get the evening cool breeze in order to lower the temperature during the night.

I highly recommend this Gasthaus, my stay here was wonderful. The room I had was magnificent, everything was perfect.
