(Baby and Mama stay) communicate with your host on your expected arrival time, I missed that part but they waited for me ( it was within the check in time) check in was easy and quick, the lady was very kind and helpful. The room is spacious, and very clean, the bathroom too. There is a fridge in the room, as well as in the shared kitchen. Lovely breakfast, wide variety too. There is an elevator, which is great. Very helpful, cheerful and lovely people. The town is small but the hotel is close to restaurants and a supermarket.

No aircon The water wasn’t hot in the night( can’t say exactly from which hour because I showered at 10pm and it was hot but tried to use the hot water at night and it was cold), even just before 6am in the morning. ( I don’t know why I forgot to ask, some households in Germany do that to save electricity) A few cars passed by when the window was open on the Sunday morning that we were there. Overall greaaat stay.

The room was clean and spacious and had a mini-fridge. There is also a shared, well-equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own food, which is very convenient. The hotel is in a good location and has free private parking.

Good system for late & automatic check-in. Interesting building and surrondings. Very kind and warm personel of hotel - apreciate! Very nice breakfast and interesting space for breakfast.

Only small remark to not preheated room - the radiators were cold when I've arrived. Hopefully radiators start to work quickly.

The hotel was welcoming. The room was very comfortable and calm. The breakfast was good as well. The parking is easy to access and big. The access to the kitchen is also nice.

The cleaning lady doesn't do much on a daily basis.. the bed has not been change in a week she only folds the sheet which is useless.

Very convenient in middle of village 20 mins south of Munster. Large en-suite room with good Wi-Fi connection. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. On site car park.

An extra pillow would have made the bed more comfortable. A certain amount of noise from the street as our room was at the front of the hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating. The town is lovely and the hotel has character. It was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed on our stopover towards Norway.

The staff was very pleasant and even understanding when my dog slipped out of my boyfriend's grasp and went looking for me in the breakfast room. There was another dog in there already, but everyone stayed calm and helpful. Thanks so much for that! Speaking of breakfast, it was plentiful, fresh, and had lots of variety. The homemade strawberry jam was lovely! Our room was facing the parking area and courtyard, so we didn't here any street noise. The hotel is not close to the motorway and took a bit to find. But, the petrol at the station near the hotel was 40 cents less per liter than on the motorway, so it was worth a bit of time to get there and then fill up before we got back on the road. We had a very pleasant stay. We might stay there again on our way home.

The only thing I would change is the elevator. It was quite small and very, very slow. As my dog is old, so she couldn't use the stairs; it took a long time to get her in/out for her walks particularly when the elevator wasn't on our floor already. But, otherwise, everything else was very good.

We have come back each year for some time now; going from France to north Europe. Been extremely happy for the room and service each time. Can highly recommend this as a overnight stay. Peter

Friendly and helpful staff, helped with accommodation corrections. There is the elevator, so you don’t need pull your luggage upstairs. Clean rooms. WiFi. German local food restoran nearby. Good breakfast included.

It’s an old style German hotel, was interesting for me to give it a try, and the room and the entire hotel were extremely clean, staff are friendly and with a sense of humor

I noticed that the room is not air-conditioned, so check in during the hot season, it can be a little hot to sleep at night, and then if it's a weekend check-in, there is a restaurant/bar near the hotel and they have parties until late, so a bit noisy with the windows open
