It was a pretty hotel, and it is well taken care of. It is clean and comfortable. They had a small refrigerator in the room. They allowed dogs (€10 charge per pet). They were kind enough to put a covering over the small sofa so our little dogs could sit up there with us.There was a good spot with grass behind the hotel for the dogs to use. The hamburger from the restaurant was fairly priced and delicious. The fries were also very good. There are 2 grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. But keep in mind that everything in Germany is closed on Sundays

There was no coffee maker in the room, so you have to wait until the restaurant opens. There was no tray to bring it back to the room, and the cups were small. Some of the staff did not want to speak English, but the description on Booking.com says English is spoken. It felt unwelcoming. A fire alarm went off, and we vacated outside in the rain. Staff did not explain what was going on. When I searched out help, I was told only that "The fire alarm is going off." They were not rude to me, but again, it felt unwelcoming. Maybe it is the German culture.

The hotel is modern and comfortable with plenty of parking spaces. It is located in a retail park which was very convenient for our needs but well away from the centre of the town.

It was very difficult to find the hotel which is not well signposted or visible from the road.

New building with Clean room and bathroom, bed mattress was memory foam, quite firm for sleeping. Nice to have someplace to put your shampoo in the shower.

Pillows were too empty of fillings. No tea or coffee in the room.

Our room was perfect for our family of three, with a separator in it that made it feel as a 2 room space; good arrangement for us and our teenage son. The location of the hotel is also very good; at walking distance to the town center.

The breakfast was limited, just ok; good coffee though. We would have appreciated a water boiler in the room to make a cup of tea.

Perfectly firm beds, give you a good rest.

The hotel is a venue for parties, this night there was something going on till late, which was annoying if you wanted to rest.

we loved staying at viktorosa hotel! the room we got was very clean the bedsheets were very white and soft and the aircontion was already on when we entered the room. The shower room and everything was very up to date and very clean! we had a very good night sleep there i loved it.

It was clean, had great rooms that were super nicely decorated and was brand new. Lovely breakfast! The Greek Restaurant, Naxos, just a ten minute walk from the hotel was recommended by the staff as it was Sunday. We have never had better Greek food - not even in Greece.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

We had a roadtrip and on our way back to Sweden we booked a night here and were surprised by this great place. Nice surroundings. Clean, friendly and fresh. Calm and pleasant area. Good to walk with the dog.
