I loved the fact they had a 24/7 reception, as we checked in late, around 10.30pm. Getting the key was very easy and the staff was amazingly friendly and chatty - I loved the lady's jokes, I am so gutted can't remeber her name. Our room was spacious, tidy and clean, and no noise with comfy bed. I requested a lower level room, as my wife doesn't like height, and we get one on the 1st floor, which was great. (It was an elevator to get us up to the first floor). Parking wasn't the easiest, but day light I realised they have much more spots in front of the hotel too. We had an amazing breakfast, with such an awesome selection of food, honestly I need to go back to try the other options too. Fresh juices and pastries, home made marmalades. Great selection of tea and coffee. A separate section and fridge with option of dairy and non dairy joughurts, milks and desserts etc. too. The freshly baked pizza rolls were my absolute favourties. And the boiled eggs done in two different ways (soft or hard)... I am still dreaming about that breakfast, everything was super delicious!!! - As my wife said, one of our best breakfasts ever. The hotel has such a close distance to Aschaffenburg and the motorway (A3), so it was so easy to get there and also get back to traveling on the next day. You can find the train station just to walk across the street, but couldn't hear any noise from there. We slept very well, but also they provide ear plugs in the room, which I found great as most accomodations don't supply that. They also sell a craft ale called Pompejanus, which is tasty and even brought a few to take home. (and the 2.50 euro for the bottle, wow that's a great deal too). The friendly and cute green parrott living in a specific part of the hotel was a fun addition to our visit too.

I missed the fact that we need to pay extra for the parking, but honestly the extra 3 euros per night nothing to compare with what you get for the money. Nothing else to mention.

Although the hotel was opposite the railway station, it was tranquil with good-sized rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful and they spoke good English. They had a wide variety of breakfast options with nicely laid tables. There is an Italian restaurant right next door to the hotel with good cuisine for dinners as well. We are considering returning next year on our way to Eastern Europe.

There was no space in the bathroom to hang towels and put down the toothbrushes, etc.

We stayed one night on the way to Austria, as a family of three with a toddler. The hotel is in a very convenient location, comfortable beds, clean with a fantastic breakfast! I was impressed by the variety on the breakfast selection and it was very fresh. Friendly and helpful staff! Thank you! PS: it was a nice touch that there was a Ukrainian music list playing on the TV ☮️.

Perfect overnight stay for the stopover to Austria. We traveled with a young child of 1.5 yo and there were more guests who did the same. They prepared a baby bed, the room was simple but nice, beds were decent and a nice plus, there was a pretty nice pizza and pasta place attached to the hotel. And they have a parrot, yep!

It was a bit simple, but it's also what we expected!

You feel right at home! The kindness of the staff, their welcome, even a little attention for our dogs :). The generous breakfast, the comfortable and clean rooms, everything is perfect. The restaurant dishes are worthy of a 3-star restaurant, and the staff are very friendly. Great value for money. We were so pleased that we returned two weeks after our first stay. Keep up the good work!

The room was large and spacious. The staff were cheerful and very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The breakfast was fantastic. They even provided ear plugs due the freight trains running all night opposite the hotel but with the double glazing you could hardly hear them anyway.

The beds were a bit too hard for our liking.

Hotel is easy to find, it has plenty of parking spaces. It's an older building with character. There is bar and restaurant and the staff is helpful and friendly. Good size room and bathroom.

The hotel is on a main street in a small town, opposite a train station, so during day and evening it's quite noisy outside, but the hotel provides ear plugs. The rooms might feel a bit outdated and the drain was a bit smelly.

This is out second time at this hotel. It is the perfect pit stop for our road trip - 24/7 reception, close to the road, with parking (2 eur extra), and with breakfast included. It was super clean and comfortable, we woke up feeling rested and ready to go. Breakfast was very complete.The room was very clean.

The room is carpeted which is a bit gross. Also, they allow pets. There was a bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Even though it's a non-smoking hotel, the corridors smelled like cigarettes. The staff is friendly but doesn't really speak English. Parking incurs an extra charge and is outside the property.

The room was fine; the bed was also good and we slept great. Shower was also fine. The breakfast was fabulous, all kinds of breads, fresh scrambled or boiled eggs, a coffee machine with many choices, hot chocolate (with REAL chocolate), all kinds of jams & also cheeses and sliced meats, different fresh juices, milk, yoghurt. Would definitely go back again. Had dinner at a small, but very nice little German restaurant about a 5 min. drive from there, Zum Bräustübel. It looks like a "hole in the wall", but they had the best schnitzel I've ever had (and I've had LOTS). And was only € 12 for the schnitzel, fries & salad. It was all delicious.

Did not stay for breakfast as had to hit the road. Lovely staff, good parking Lovely furniture, all superb clean and tidy. Appreciate 24hrs check in/out

Sadly the rooms (room and bathroom) haven't had the heating turned on when I arrived so by the time the room reheated itself, it was time for me to go (morning) The front door room was making rattling noise every time someone used the main door. Sadly the mattresses were very soft. Sadly their restaurant was closed when I arrived and the next door restaurant was super busy so I had to be without dinner.
