The hotel staff was super friendly. We arrived around 8:30 p.m. and were greeted very kindly. They even cooked us dinner, although the kitchen was about to close. It's a very calm area with a nice Biergarten. I also recommend it if you want to bring the dog. Over the bridge, there is a large natural area where the dogs can run freely. It is an extra cost of 5 or 10 euros. All in all, we had a pleasant stay at Neue Mühle.

Nothing in particular struck us as negative. It was really good for one night. The breakfast was not over the top, but decent.

The location was rural and peaceful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and reasonably well appointed. There was a fabulous large beer garden where we had our evening meal. The food was excellent and the service was prompt.

Nothing really. This was hotel 2 in a 10 night motorcycle trip to Poland. The room was as expected.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family of 5. We especially loved the breakfast, and the hosts were so gracious and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend if you have plans to stay in Kassel.

The location might be good if you want a retreat. It’s almost rural, and there’s a river nearby. The facilities are great for the price, the host is warm and accommodating. They provide towels and basic toiletries. The rooms are great.

Location has rather poor public transit connectivity, it’s an outer suburb in Kassel. Transiting to city centre/Mitte might take an hour almost.

The Boss was understanding and super friendly to our foreign family.

The longevity of the availability of buying food in the restuarant should be enlarged to 10:00pm.

Internet was not usuable. Expecially having 4 people on the internet it needed to be a much stronger signal

No tea or coffee at room, no cattle. Small pillow (only one) per person. Bit expensive.

Nice location for one night stop on our road trip. Close to the highway in a peaceful and green area. It was very clean, the room was very spacious for a family of 5 and a dog and had good breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and dog friendly.
