The property was great. We were a bit worried because it’s next to the highway but the rooms are soundproofed and the decor and everything inside was up to a very high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and shower room were very clean and spacious…we travelled with our dog and this was the only place he managed to sleep without waking up during the night! We stayed in the Radisson the night after our stay here and I much preferred Am Russel!!!

The pillows. I’d suggest bringing your own from home if you can…the pillows were quite lumpy.

Ease of access. Clean and friendly

Breakfast was meagre for the price. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast not overly helpful. Hot water for tea not readily available and coffee was very bad. Restaurant tables not wiped and fries on the floor under the table from the evening meal. Despite having paid for the night and for the breakfast we had to pay for the use of the toilet too..! Though I received confirmation later that this should have been compensated by the breakfast staff. Though at the time the staff were unaware of this.

Proximity to highway is a killer. I was looking for a pitstop which is family friendly and this property ticks those boxes. There are good options to eat out with their own restaurant and also macdonals cafe in the vicinity. There are gas stations and electric charging points too.

We chose to buy breakfast at the property and the breakfast options were quite disappointing. I hope they increase the options at the buffet. Electric charging points use CCS type and not type 2. Be aware.

This hotel was great! It was the perfect place to stop over to break our long journey up. It was very clean, great family room and very modern with new and well maintained facilities including a really nice bathroom. Easy free parking, easy check in and out and very comfortable too.

The only thing that would have made it perfect was if they had coffee and tea facilities in the room diner could have had a drink at night and morning.

This hotel, conveniently located right off the highway, is perfect for an overnight stay during a journey. Late-night check-in through the adjacent gas station was smooth, and the spacious, clean room provided a comfortable retreat. Walking areas nearby made it easy to exercise with our pet, and the large, secure parking area enhanced the sense of safety. A good breakfast was available early, completing a positive experience.

This hotel's strategic location right off the autobahn made it an absolute lifesaver during our journey. The seamless check-in process welcomed us with efficiency and a friendly staff that understood the needs of weary travellers. The room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort, providing a much-needed rejuvenation. On-site dining offered a diverse menu and quick service, catering to our time constraints. This hotel turned a mundane pit stop into a memorable part of our trip, and we'll definitely be choosing it for our future road travel needs.

A fitness centre would be nice to have.

Location right off motorway, but by far the quietest motel I stayed in. As for facilities there is everything you could ask for, restaurant, bar, Mc Donalds, petrol station. Rooms very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Very good parking.

Some fittings in the bathroom vere damaged (shower height adjuster, toilet roll holder, toilet seat loose), we adjusted the shower hose using hairband, it was still a great room though

Amazingly prompt & very helpful staff. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we could check in at 01.30am after our travel plans went up in smoke. Fabulously spacious and well equipped rooms. Convenient location just off the autobahn. Welcomingly comfortable beds after a long car journey. Good choice of food for breakfast.

It’s not in a convenient enough location to fit our return journey !

Great location esp. for a stay-over homeward bound from the south. Very nice, spacious and clean room and bathroom and excellent facilities. Great option that breakfast can be bought separately. We drove off very early in the morning, before the restaurant opened and thus are not left with the feeling that we paid for something we didn't get :-) We booked late while on our way and sent a message to the hotel about when we expected to arrive. They responded quickly and were very friendly upon arrival. We had a late dinner in the restaurant. The food was great and plentiful and the staff was also very friendly there.

It was a great experience, it has all services around and it fulfilled all our expectations: big parking space, quick check-in, lots of options for breakfast, 24h store, gas station, rooms clean and with air conditioning.

Nothing to complain, it is great for a quick stay if you are going from town to town, not sure how good if you go with a different purpose.
