If you have your own wheels and are just passing through for a walk in the beautiful mountain park, this is a great option. The hotel sits next to a trailheads into the park and you can walk leisurely downhill to Löwenburg within 20 minutes or within easy 30 minutes to Herkules. The hotel also has good Italian restaurant ... you don't need to walk or get back into your car for for dinner. Rooms are well designed and well equipped.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was quiet and close to the Herkules fountain. We had viewed this the day we booked in but the weather was pouring with rain. We stayed out in the rain with plastic raincoats to watch the water cascade at the Bergpark but decided to call it a day without seeing the rest of the park. Staying at this place we were able to go back on a sunny day and view the remainder of the sights. Not that if you have a plug in hybrid or a BEV all parking spaces here have charge outlets.

Good hotel nearby to visit the "Wilhelmshöhe": you can go by foot and take a path near the hotel. Good breakfast. Very nice restaurant with really good food: try the "lachstartar"! Friendly staff.

One of the chairs in the room was not clean. (spots on the fabric of the chair) Room was a bit small, but nice. One small detail: it took a bit long before our meal (who was great, we went two times during our stay of two nights) was prepared.

Quiet location very close to a mountain park called Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. The hotel has a good Italian restaurant. The lady in the reception welcomed us warmly and check in/out was smooth. There are slippers in the room. Overall very clean facility.

Pasta and pizza were delicious in the restaurant but tiramisu could be much better.

The hotel was spotless, the rooms were average size and well designed and the beds were very comfortable. I travelled with other family members and we had a total of three rooms. All were very happy and breakfast was outstanding with a selection of coffee, breads, cold cuts as well as eggs, beans and bacon. Staff was friendly and the location was close to the sights in the Bergpark. We would definitely stay again.

The room was small but comfortable with good facilities. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Bothroom was good and the shower was a good size.

Sound insulation could be better I could hear the room next door. Food in the restaurant was ok. My starter was good but my main course pasta bolognese was swimming in oil.

Very comfy bed and quite full breakfast with plant-based milk and yoghurt (loved that). The coffee making station in a room was a nice bonus. Slippers in the room a nice touch (though you will not need them, the carpets are really fluffy).

If I was the owner I would pay a bit more attention to little details like really good coffee for breakfast or a really smart TV in the room. But these little details do not matter if you stay for a night or two... So just sit back and enjoy:)

Small room, but we felt very comfortable. It was very nice and quiet. Soundproofing was excellent. Very responsive and attentive staff. The location is good, close to Bergpark. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Free private parking on site. We always found a place for our car.

Staff was ok, breakfast is small vary but good quality. location is very beautiful and very close to Hercules statue and gorgeous castel.

Rooms are not airconditioned and when we stayed there, that was almost 30 c ! By letting windows open, you will face different insects as all around is forest !!

Breakfast was good however, the restaurant is very small so we had to wait for a table to be available.

The food is restaurant is not very good and the portions are way too big, I feel like a lot of people are not able to finish their portions so a lot of food is wasted.
