The hotel has a nice decor, it's modern and looks new. The room is quite spacious.

The rooms lack air conditioning, so they can get very warm when the sun hits. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but since I was there for a concert nearby, the location worked well with a bus stop close by. However, for exploring Munich, the commute might be too long. The check-in staff seemed a bit unprepared to assist foreign guests. They attempted to charge me twice for my stay, apparently unaware of the automatic currency conversion feature on the card machine. It would be beneficial if they received training on such a basic aspect.

Great location, a local shopping center with lots of small stores is directly across the street and access to public transportation is in easy walking distance. Little amenities like the grab to go sweets and water is also great. Free drinks in the room is also great.

Hotel is getting dated and could use a renovation in places. Getting in the shower is really awkward and frankly dangerous. Very easy to slip and fall. One of our windows didn't close properly, since weather was good (no storm or rain) it wasn't an issue, but just another thing that needs some work.

Friendly and pleasant staff, who kindly lent me an ironing board and iron. The welcome was perfectly fine, and the breakfast generous and complete. Spacious room (suite) with a bed and linens of very good quality.

Indeed, as mentioned earlier in the comments, some aspects of tidiness rather than cleaning should be improved. There are often glasses left lying around here and there in the lobby, but the rooms, on the other hand, are spotless!

Our son was staying here for several nights. We joined him for one night. The cleaned room was comfortable. We liked the location as it was very quiet and only about 15 min walk from the train station. There were a few bakeries nearby for breakfast. We had only one step, if I recall correctly, to enter the lobby. Since my husband uses a cane and a mobility device, we found this to be acceptable.

We arrived around 22:00. We had a little wait but got a room which, unfortunately, had not been cleaned. We had to wait a little longer to get a new room.

The hotel was sufficient and the price was reasonable. It was the staff that sets this place apart, and by staff I mean Max. He was there to greet us when we arrived and was there every time we needed anything, day or night. He went above and beyond and his demeanor and professionalism is A+.

No AC. Inability to order breakfast the morning of.

I really liked the supportive staff helping us finish our grocery shopping first before check-in, as the stores outside was going to be closed in 10 mins and would be closed for the next 2 days. The place was also a nice peaceful stay, close to the train and bus. And thanks for the free drinks. 😊

Very good room and bed. Good value for your money. Walking distance to the S-Bahn station where there are direct connections to Munich city and Erding.

Breakfast I didn’t try. In my opinion it was a bit expensive.

Modern hotel, quiet suburb of Munich. Train station was a ten minute walk. Cozy community with shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc.

Expensive breakfast not included, but must be reserved and paid for beforehand. After realizing I needed to cancel one of the breakfasts, I attempted to have the charge refunded. Pretty much impossible.

Nice room, overall clean. Free minibar with a small selection of drinks. Snacks available for free in the lobby. Great location with a shopping area right across the street that has stores for everything you could need.

The mattress was very hard and the pillow was very small. The bathtub-shower combo was difficult to get into, not recommended for people that have difficulties with this sort of thing.

Elegant and simple room clean with good transport links hence value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful. Management offering free drinks in the room, water and snacks downstairs gave a welcoming look. Well clean and well managed.

Some weird noise of some pipes or rain drops over the roof. Could be due to winds that day to be fair.
