The hotel has a nice decor, it's modern and looks new. The room is quite spacious.

The rooms lack air conditioning, so they can get very warm when the sun hits. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but since I was there for a concert nearby, the location worked well with a bus stop close by. However, for exploring Munich, the commute might be too long. The check-in staff seemed a bit unprepared to assist foreign guests. They attempted to charge me twice for my stay, apparently unaware of the automatic currency conversion feature on the card machine. It would be beneficial if they received training on such a basic aspect.

Great location, a local shopping center with lots of small stores is directly across the street and access to public transportation is in easy walking distance. Little amenities like the grab to go sweets and water is also great. Free drinks in the room is also great.

Hotel is getting dated and could use a renovation in places. Getting in the shower is really awkward and frankly dangerous. Very easy to slip and fall. One of our windows didn't close properly, since weather was good (no storm or rain) it wasn't an issue, but just another thing that needs some work.

Our son was staying here for several nights. We joined him for one night. The cleaned room was comfortable. We liked the location as it was very quiet and only about 15 min walk from the train station. There were a few bakeries nearby for breakfast. We had only one step, if I recall correctly, to enter the lobby. Since my husband uses a cane and a mobility device, we found this to be acceptable.

We arrived around 22:00. We had a little wait but got a room which, unfortunately, had not been cleaned. We had to wait a little longer to get a new room.

Nice room, overall clean. Free minibar with a small selection of drinks. Snacks available for free in the lobby. Great location with a shopping area right across the street that has stores for everything you could need.

The mattress was very hard and the pillow was very small. The bathtub-shower combo was difficult to get into, not recommended for people that have difficulties with this sort of thing.

Modern hotel, quiet suburb of Munich. Train station was a ten minute walk. Cozy community with shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc.

Expensive breakfast not included, but must be reserved and paid for beforehand. After realizing I needed to cancel one of the breakfasts, I attempted to have the charge refunded. Pretty much impossible.

Elegant and simple room clean with good transport links hence value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful. Management offering free drinks in the room, water and snacks downstairs gave a welcoming look. Well clean and well managed.

Some weird noise of some pipes or rain drops over the roof. Could be due to winds that day to be fair.

Good location, spacious and quiet rooms, close to the S-Bahn. Good internet, a free minibar, and a delicious breakfast.

However, the floor in the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There was an unpleasant smell in part of the breakfast area, which could benefit from more frequent ventilation.

Spacious room with a very large bed. Minibar was included and a safe was available. Super large television which was nice with the European Championships.Good price for a large, neat room.

Refrigerator does not cool very well. A bath stopper would also be useful if you are offering a bath.

The breakfast was great with lots of options and good quality. The staff was accommodating and spoke excellent English. The overall area is quiet with available buses and a train stop just 10 minutes away (by walk).

The hotel was clean, airy and spacious. The rooms were modern and bright. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the mini bar fridge in the room had a small selection of complimentary refreshments. The location is a little outside the city centre but easily accessible on the regular and reliable public transport. The little town that the hotel is in has lots of shops and restaurants.

The rooms were very warm and no fans/air conditioning. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms which would have been nice.
