Hotel room was good size, breakfast buffet was so good many variety of food and the eggs chef was excellent (I don’t know what’s her name but she’s from Asia, she makes the most delicious omelet).

Housekeeping was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. They do basic cleaning if there’s stain anywhere they wont clean it and even if accidentally some garbage in the floor they will keep it, wont remove any thing, I reported them many times but they just ignored me and one day they just skipped my room and didn’t clean it also I reported that but there wasn’t any response from them. Everything thing was good in the hotel except the housekeeping (unprofessional people). I wouldn’t not comeback or recommend this hotel because of bad service in housekeeping.

The property is very much away from hustle & bustle of the town. The bus stop is 1 min walk away from hotel. You can park outside on road free of cost and paid parking building is adjacent to hotel. The hotel is very much away from main city and you need to take Bus + Metro / Train (A journey of minimum 30 mins) to reach center of Munich. We requested for twin room and we got the same. Receptionist made efforts to allot room to us earlier than check-in time. The breakfast is superb. They also serve hot dish (omelette). Beds were very much comfortable. The bar is simple and nice with wonderful staff.

Nothing to be specific... The quality of juice served in the breakfast needs improvement. The space for keeping bag / clothes (no wardrobe) is very little if you have 2 people in the room with 2 bags.

Location was great and easy to access the adele concert. Ubers were really fast and reliable.

The facilities in the room were good however the base of the kettle was missing and I requested this 3 times but was never bought to us. They shower also didn't drain which flooded in the room. The evening receptionist told me there was nothing she could and just bought extra towels to clean the flood up. She was very unhelpful and unconcerned

Comfortable and clean bedroom, with excellent bed. Very helpful staff, nice parking, good breakfast. It’s a bit outside Munich, but perfect as a stopover if you want to be close to the Autobahn.

Limited facilities and almost nothing nearby. We were not given the bedroom we booked - but the hotel tried to compensate for that giving us two bottles of beverages. The menu in the restaurant had only one option for vegetarians (simple salad and pizzas) and no options for vegans.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms very clean. Everything in the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. There is reception 24h and elevators in the building. The parking is 8 euros in the hotel parking building, or you can leave your car on the street for free, there was plenty of park spaces around. The location of the hotel is close to the Munich Messe. So if you are going to any event there, this would be a nice location to be lodged on.

There is no room service or any restaurant around if you wanna order food late in the evening. The hotel offers some snacks on the ground floor to buy. Other than that, everything was fine.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We got there quite late but still we were greeted with so much energy and kindness. The entire staff were amazing but if u meet Reda achi consider yourself lucky he was the nicest front manager ever, he was so kind and helped us with everything truly amazing stay

The only negative was their bed couch very hard

We had a short stay at this hotel before our flight. Good hotel with everything needed. Our initially given room had a broken shower handle but the staff made sure to change the rooms straight away and upgraded our room. We parked on the street and there is plenty of space there. There is a 24hour selection of drinks and small snacks (incl. sandwiches) that you can purchase in the lobby. Nice to know if you need to have an early check-out.

Very close to highway & perfect before travelling to Austria for ski holiday 😎 Comfortabel beds/ Nice & modern rooms with big rain shower. Very extensive breakfast

The restaurant in the evening offers a very limited menu with 1 kind of pasta, some pizza’s en a beef or chicken burger or salad. And that’s about it… No easy acces to stream on tv. Could be improved.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Just felt the restaurant offerings were just ok in the evening. The breakfast was wonderful. The pillows were really good. The gym was fantastic!! The front desk manager was super-professional, helpful, and extremely dedicated to making the guests happy.

The extra bed was extremely hard. The breakfast, while really nice, was a bit expensive especially considering my kids only ate one bowl of cereal each. The restaurant offerings could have included a few more options. The price of the room i felt was a bit too high.i didn't feel comfortable knowing there was a prostitutie working here and watching someone walk in with atv in their hands at 2300 hours was a bit write opening.

1. On arrival at 21:30 they told us we are checked in already - we were not indeed - a bit od stress on check in 2. We waited for a long time for bedding for children (until 22:30) - despite booking the room wasnt really ready 3. Severe leakage from the shower - no matter how one showers, water is in entire bathroom 4. Shampoo bottle was empty 5. We missed a tiny fridge in the room.
