We stayed for one night whilst travelling through on holiday. Check in was really easy and automated. The family room was great, having adjoining rooms meant there was enough space for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is in a quiet industrial area, the lake nearby was good to walk around after a day driving.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the people next door talking in the morning.

Comfortable beds, dining table and chairs in the room, plenty of plugs, clean bathroom with all the toiletry.

The sofa-bed not comfortable enough. In the morning we could feel the smell of cigarettes coming from the corridor. During the check-out we noticed some people, could be the staff or other guests, smoking right at the entrance door, with all the cigarette smell and smoke coming inside. This made a very negative impression on me and my friend as we can't stand the cigarette smell.

We made the order quite late, however we quickly got all the information and the check-in instructions. Novitel is situated close to the highway and is easy be found. The night was quiet, beds comfortable. And in the morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast - wide selection of teas and variety of food so that everyone can choose the meal that best suits their tastes.

I was on a trip for work, do I needed a small clean room with a private bathroom. Exactly what I got :) The breakfast was great and the owner was very nice and helpful.

The walls are very thin and I could hear the next door tenants come in in the middle of the night and talk.

Large room, large enough shower, enough towels, hot water, enough space to store luggage. Even though the reception was not working, we got the room key quite easily. Spacious parking lot for free, monitored by cameras.

The beds were too soft for my taste, as were the pillows.

I can’t thank enough the lady who runs this place. Our airline abandoned whole plane of passengers around midnight to fend for themselves. 4 random travellers chose your place, you’ve given our room keys way past bedtime and there was very nice breakfast waiting for us next morning. You made all the difference in the situation we were in- thank you!

The hotel is located in a quiet area, so we had a good night's rest. The keys were left for us in a safe, very easy to collect. The rooms are spacious and well fitted, the bathrooms are impeccable.

No air conditioning, and it just happened to be quite a hot day. But the fan provided was helpful.

We selected this hotel as stop over on our way from south to north. We pick it due to its location close to Munchen ring. We got exactly what was promised on Booking page and although the hotel can be seen as being in deserted area and bit rough with automatic check-in, we knew what we ordered and we were fine with that. Breakfast had bit small selection but nothing you cannot survive for one day.

When we went back we said that we had a dog & expected to get a room on the first floor without wall-to-wall carpets, but maybe they didn't see our message, because we didn't receive a confirmation about the dog even though we sent both an e-mail & text message about it to reception when booking.

Clean, good size rooms. Breakfast was very good, wide variety to choose from. Parking available right outside.

On industrial estate. Location good for accessing motorway, but 20mins away from city centre.
