We had 2 meals while there and they were great. The staff(waitress and manager) were very nice and accommodating.

There isn’t much space between the bed and access to the bathroom. I’m not sure if that could be rearranged to make it better.

We liked the proximity to the bus stop, the town centre and hiking paths. The room was very spacious and nice. We ate dinner there two nights and we were happy with our meals.

We visited during a cold spell in the beginning of April and the room was not preheated at all, it was unpleasant. The bathroom did not have a heater. The bedsheets were synthetic and the atmosphere dry, that made everything charged electrostatically.

When we made a reservation there was different price, but when the time to pay, we had to pay different price. I do not like when things are not clear from the beginning. If there some additional payments, they should tell it while booking. For example, in the confirmation I had to pay 102 Euro, but in reality I was charged hundred twenty something Euro. Why not to write so while reserving? Also the place has central heating system, we travelled with kids, and at night it was cold in September. One needs to be prepared for cold nights especially people with kids.

Nice location: two lakes nearby for swimming and a cosy village. I was travelling for work and spent one night in Buckow. I had a room under the room which gets warm at night in summer, though a fan was available. Free parking and reliable internet available.

The room was very clean. The shower was new and great water pressure.

Online the price was with breakfast included. But when I got the bill the breakfast was 10 euros per day. The breakfast was very old school and very basic. I would have never agreed to pay so much money for something so basic. I would have preferred to book the room without breakfast.

The room was comfortable and the hotel was understanding when we wanted to checkin late (after the reception was already closed). The location is very good, close to the town centre.

We got told off for moving a bike stand to a spot which was not visible from the street. We found this really impolite, as we didn't inconvenience anyone (the parking lot was big and there were still spots available for cars). We simply wanted our bikes to be safe overnight, and since there was no indoor space for the bikes available, this was the next best thing.

The rooms were pretty clean, and there was everything we needed.

The staff could have been friendlier, the breakfast fresher and the bedsheets made of cotton instead of cheap synthetic material. It was very uncomfortable sleeping in the beds.
