Very clean and comfortable bed, with linen provided and a curtain for privacy. There was a drawer beneath the bed for my possessions (I had my own padlock but I think they also had some available to buy) and the place felt very safe. It is in a quiet area a short walk from a street full of restaurants, and round the corner from a big supermarket (closed on sundays and public holidays!) The bathrooms were also very clean and there were enough for the numbers of people - I never had to wait to use them. There's also a kitchen; I didn't use it, but it looks well-equipped, tidy, clean and modern. This really sets the bar high for hostels and I had a great stay!

What I liked the most is the location of the hostel, as well as the fact that on the same floor where the room was located are the bathrooms and the shared kitchen. Everything was in order and a generally calm atmosphere. I would definitely recommend and would come back another time.
It is not to devalue in general the service of the Hostel what was good, just a few details: - - The day I entered the bed sheet had not been changed or at least I asked to change it because it felt dirty, then the cleaning girl who spoke Spanish(👌), immediately changed it :). -One night, there was apparently Karaoke or celebration, so the emotion (I don't know if it was on the Terrace?) of the participants disturbed the tranquility in some way until about 2 a.m. .

From the moment I arrived, I noticed how clean everything was. The beds were particularly impressive—very comfortable, and the curtains on each bed were a thoughtful addition. They provided a sense of privacy, which is especially valuable in a 10-bed shared dorm. The kitchen was spotless and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The washrooms were also very clean, and I appreciated the extra touches, like the provided hairdryer and body wash in the showers.
The location is a little far from city center. However, it was near my office so it’s good for me.

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. Staff was very kind and I had no issues at all. There is a really nice and spacious garden, which I can imagine to bloom in summer. Bed linen is included, showers are very clean and equipped with soap and hair dryers. I like, that the bathrooms are outside the dorms. On my floor there were only two of those for three rooms (I guess one dorm and two single rooms) and I was worried, that they’ll be occupied all the time. But fortunately that was not the case. Inside the dorm you have a big drawer for your luggage incl. power socket (byo lock or buy one there) and curtains for privacy in your bunk. There are also a few hooks, though there could always be more. :) The small but mighty kitchen has everything you need, but I didn’t use it.
It’s an old building, so prepare for some steps and small rooms. The air in the dorm can get quite stuffy, if you don’t lüften enough. During my stay it didn’t feel like the best place for socializing. The kitchen area has some tables to hang out or work, but all in all it’s very small. The bar downstairs is nice, but smoking is allowed there. Maybe it’s different in warmer times, when you can use the garden. Nevertheless I would come again!

This is my 3rd time to Leipzig & most definitely my favorite place so far! The bed is very comfy, with curtains & plugs for laptop & mobile. There was locker space under the bed. The bathroom was clean & absolutely GREAT showers. The place is very secure. The kitchen access & space was an added option!!! (for breakfast, for online work I had & for late-night tea. There's a bar attached to the place. The staff are really-really-really approachable for anything & everything -- and very very helpful! The room was small, for all those bunks -- BUT -- it worked very well, the layout ensures privacy! The place is a bit outside city center, BUT I would MOST DEFINITELY stay there again, because this part of town is just soooo nice & interesting, and so "un-touristy" -- it's where you find the local population -- and it completely changed my perception of Leipzig. I would most definitely stay there again, because I just like the vibe of the area!
You need to know a push-button code to literally get into every single room (bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, etc) so if you are not comfortable with that... (??) It took me some time to get used to it. Still, now that I know how it works, I would definitely stay there again! As context, I have been in Leipzig 3 or 4 times & this is my favorite place!

It was very professional Hostel. Loved the wooden features in the bathroom and the cleanliness. Have a shared kitchen was also so convenient as stayed almost a week. And location was ideal and close to many places i needed to go to
The shared kitchen needed some work. Need a better way to encourage people to clean up after themselves when they cook or prepare their meals. The door code was annoying. Once I activated on my phone it was good.

Sparkly clean Spacious rooms and bathrooms with stylish and functional design (eg charging socket in the locker so that you could charge your devices when away, bed curtains, hooks) I wish I had their bathrooms at home Close to a big REWE I am genuinely shocked that a bed in this well-designed and cosy hostel only costed €20-25/night.
It’s not directly in the historical centre or near the main train station but it’s close enough with the tram. The noise from the tram and cars on the road could be a bit disturbing if you keep the windows open which you have to in the summer.

Very clean, comfortable room. Bed was good. Liked the privacy of the curtains and the ability to work in the sleeping room when the common room was being used. Staff was nice and helpful. Location is great.
The kitchen got crowded pretty easily, and some people expected to have the whole kitchen to themselves for way too long. Not sure how to fix that without having more counter space to prep. Small complaint!! One of the better kitchens I have seen!

This might have been the nicest hostel I've ever stayed at. The (female 4 bed) dorm room was spacious and bright and offered a lot of privacy through curtains. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and also quite large. Staff was friendly and the backyard bar area very nice.
Only downside was a small but rather annoying gap between bed frame and wall that let the (very bright) light from another bed through, right into one's face.

First off, a huge thank you to everyone on staff. It was a pleasure to stay with you - I really felt welcomed & at home. Lia (spelling?) & the young man who worked in the morning (whose name I forgot to get but is a huge North Face fan) were wonderfully kind and helpful throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff do a great job in a very busy place. The shared bathrooms & kitchen were kept clean & stocked. My dorm bed was comfortable & offered a reasonable amount of privacy with heavy curtains at the side & foot of the cubicle. The room wasn't particularly quiet (due to street noise & open windows), but earplugs were available if needed. I slept very well. The garden was very pleasant - shady & restful during the day, and a nice place to wind down at night. The hostel cat may even favor you with her presence there. Laundry service was available for 6€, a small & large towel were also 6€. Espresso drinks were available after 9 AM in the bar. The hostel was 5 minutes walk from a GOOD grocery store (I love Kaufland!), but the gas station next door has drinks & some snacks if necessary (and was open on Sunday, unlike many stores). The tram is convenient if you're coming from the Hauptbahnhof & runs 24 hours a day. Also, the attached bar is super cozy. I enjoyed meeting people from all over or just relaxing with a book.
The street noise might be an issue if you're a light sleeper. Also, there is no elevator, so it's not super accessible. There are a few tricky stairs here & there, too.
