Excellent hotel in the center of Leipzig with a large, clean room. Exceptional soundproofing (our room was just below the rooftop terrace, but we couldn't hear a thing). Beautiful rooftop terrace with a great view of the city. Although it's not possible to reserve a parking spot in advance in the hotel's garage, we had no trouble finding a space as there were always a few spots available.

Parking at the hotel is quite expensive compared to other underground garages in the city, but since we wanted parking within the hotel, especially because of the luggage we had with us, it was acceptable.

The location was exceptional, right across the street with pedestrian crossing from St. Thomas Church, which is practically next to the Market Sq., the historical, local and touristic hub of the city. The convenience of prime location, yet with elegant privacy. We had the most serene views of the front of St. Thomas church in its garden setting from our windows. Next to the church is the Bach museum and lots of little restaurants nearby, at reasonable prices. Also options of popular food chain stores for families with children. About a 5 minutes walk to St. Nikolai church and 10-15 minutes to the Hbf . The highlight of our visit was the Easter Sunday worship service listening to the St. Thomas boys choir, orchestra and soloists.

An electric kettle in the room would have been perfect. There is a coffee/tea maker in the room but only uses capsules.

The Staff deserves recognition, they are helpful, friendly and bring from beginning a really good vibe. The location is just perfect and the rooftop is the biggest advantage of this hotel. Overall it is a good quality stay outside the main seasons.

The rooms are loud, you hear everyone passing in the corridor and the heating / air conditioning even is lowest fan mode is quite noisy. The biggest issue however is the breakfast. It is good, all products are fresh and there are some multiple choices, however this is still not worth 30€. I just can’t accept this. I ate far more local bio products for breakfast for less money.

Train from Berlin-love the German trains! 1. location: close to old town and sites. within walking distance. 2. room-second floor, lift, modern and very comfortable, excellent bathroom and beds very comfortable. 3. roof top bar-swanky and fun, pricey. 4. breakfast-excellent, included in the price. 5. complementary juices in the minibar recommend dinner at Auerbachs Keller-gotta do it-an absolute ton of food though-could easily split an entre. Gao Vegan Restaurant right by the hotel was AMAZING. Also loved Goldhopfen for a late night beer. rent electric bikes at Cycle Leipzig and check out Monument to the Battle of Nations and then bike around the Markkleeberg lake. Next stop: train to Frankfurt for a couple of days and then back to the USA

Underground garage was easy to find and convenient. The staff were very helpful and competent, checkin went very smoothly. The room was unexpectedly quiet (the hotel is located just outside the inner-city ring, we expected more traffic noise). The only slightly annoying aspect was that the room ventilation could be turned off only if the master switch was off, so there was no electrical energy at all. The (silent) refrigerator with free beverages was a nice touch. The breakfast cost extra, looked good, but we preferred to try the many cafés in the neighborhood. Café Kandler, just across the ring and near the Thomaskirche, was especially good for breakfast.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and all amenities we would need. Even tea spoons and a minibar. Even a big selection of juices and water were free. The gym was small but allowed us to do a good work out. The staff was very attentive and gave us very clear instructions. The breakfast was delicious.

The lift was pretty slow even though there were three of them but we still had to wait for a while every time. The shampoo was not great, I believe is the exact same product as the shower gel despite in different bottles.

The location of the hotel is near the old town and has plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel provided basic amenities and toiletries. The hotel has its own carpark, but we chose to park at a public underground carpark right behind the hotel. The hotel has breakfast, elevator, gym & sauna! The check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay!

Spacious, well equipped rooms, able to open a window. Loved the free soft drinks in the minibar. Kettle and coffee machine - excellent. The staff at reception was superb! Was stressed - and the lady at check-in handled it so well! Bravo! We had an event - service by the team in Banqueting was top and food was delicious. thank you!

I don’t think I exactly buy the idea of the shower in the room. I prefer the shower in an enclosed space not directly facing the sleeping area. The room on the 4th floor facing the street had circular windows on large walls. No proper light entry. Ventilation was good however it felt like a small „prison“. I had to close the curtains to minimize the „prison-effect“

The hotel is just across the street from St Thomas Church and the old city. The rooms were comfortable, updated and quiet. The breakfast was quite good. There are a number of restaurants on the street by the hotel, giving you lots of good choices.

We were lucky to get a deal on booking that had breakfast, otherwise it would have be quite expensive.
