Comfortable beds, good shower and everything very clean. Good location in the old city.

Advertisement for gluten-free breakfast (see picture) but in practice not suitable for coeliacs as most food is open and contaminated with bread crumbs. Staff was not healthful only stating “we have bread”. There is indeed gluten-free bread but not much to put on it given the above. For non coeliacs the breakfast is basic and good.

Great location. Modern, comfortable, clean. Free wifi works well and fast.

There are NO, I mean NO frills. No jug. No fridge. To get coffee you need to go out (and places do not open very early) or put coins in a machine at reception that dispenses the worst coffee in the world in a flimsy plastic cup. Bad luck if you like to wake up with a hot drink. There are plenty of cafes around and a supermarket only steps away, but check opening hours.

The room is clean and nice, and it has most of the thing I need.

The code can be too long for the door and there are a few times I forgot and have to re-check on the phone. If there's a laundry room that would be great too.

The location was great, the historical centre of the city. The room was comfortable and the view on the castle was amazing. Good breakfast for reasonable price.

The cleaning was not good. The towels were not changed during 4 days of our stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms, despite the huge thunderstorm at night, we didn't hear a thing from outside.

The smell near the entrance to the elevator. On each floor, it smelled very unpleasantly near the elevator.

The location is great, close to everything, the old town, shopping mall…etc. The rooms are also very convenient. The staff are nice as well

I had a problem with one of the lamps in my room, it was broken, and the bathroom fan is really loud even with the lights off and door closed

Great central location, in easy walking-distance to Lahn river and old town. Friendly staff, easy parking, easy check-in and check-out, small but comfortable rooms, great breakfast, good value for money!

Location was convenient and beds were comfortable. Easy to find from the autobahn

Finding the parking entrance and the entrance to the hotel was not very well marked

Check in was a time consuming experience, unlocking the cycle storage room using a code didn't work for us. Problem solved with a key from the receptionist.

Parking after 10:PM is closed so if you arrive late it will be problematic to access as reception is closed as well at that time.
