Lovely, spacious, comfortable room. Fantastic bar area. Excellent spa (though we'd have liked a bigger swimming pool for a proper swim). Very good breakfast with helpful staff. 15 mins walk (uphill) to the town centre but the advantage is that the location is calm and quiet - and flat!

There was apparently no space for us to have dinner in the restaurant and as we couldn't face walking back into town/ there didn't seem to be anywhere else good to eat nearby, the only option was to have room service, which was not what we'd wanted. The staff at reception did not handle this situation very well.

All staff was super helpful, kind and competent. Location is perfect. I had a small studio very nicely furnished and decorated with private balcony which had a really nice view of the river and was extremely spatious and clean. Air conditioning was on and was a great surprise as it was a really hot day. The Spa area is well equipped, clean and very nice. A suggestion there would be to improve the directions provided to find it from the garage and, critically, to ask the staff to every now and then enter and check. I had the really bad luck of sharing it with a group of very loud business men who did not understand the concept of "be quiet", so perhaps having a staff member going around and check if people behave would be a great idea.

For the kind of rate that it is charged, for a studio, there should be at least a big bottle of complementary water. Moreover, the breakfast buffet is ok, but nothing special really, (eggs were terrible); maybe some pancakes or cakes would be a nice addition. Same in the spa, i think some peelings should be available free of charge and the offer of drinks also needs improvement, in other similar level hotels, there is always also some sekt.

The hotel is very luxurious and very well maintained. The apartment we got was very comfortable and well designed. We had all we needed in the room.

Low importance: There was no Netflix service in the room, and we could not connect our phones to the TV to us our Netflix account. We do not speak well German so we did not enjoy the TV. The SPA is nice, but the pool was a bit cold, and due to the no swim suit policy we could not use the Sauna.

So clean, the friendliest staff and spacious rooms. Underground parking with easy access to the building. They had some special items set out for our dog even!(chew bones, pet relief bags, food and water bowl, sleeping pad). The pool area is a quiet zone as it is attached to the spa, but my kids still has fun playing quietly and I felt like they were very welcome in the hotel.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was nice to be able to strike a balance between going out for a meal and making our own meals. Cleaning service was excellent. Reception service was excellent. The Spa was excellent.

There was literally nothing I did not like.

The property is tucked in a quiet corner yet the bus stop, Elisabethkirche, and Überstadt are all walkable. The pool is lovely and relaxing. We had a corner room that overlooked the river and was very tranquil.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and given the price we paid it more than exceeded our expectations, so much so I even questioned if we had arrived at the wrong place. The main hotel was absolutely beautiful and the facilities were excellent generally. Our room was huge and utterly beautiful.

The hotel bar was closed due to a private function being held there which was incredibly disappointing.

design was very modern and stylish and charming. the restaurant was good. the staff very helpful and friendly. the pillow bar was a fun idea! the sauna and workout room had everything you could want.

parking was expensive, the mattress in my room 2411 was not comfortable for a luxury hotel, the service at the restaurant took a very long time. we sat at 8:15 and didn’t get our food until maybe 1.5 hours later.

Comfortable hotel, clean room. Parking on site a bonus.

Bit of a walk into town and the town itself was a bit of a disappointment. Food in restaurant was nice but very expensive.

Stayed multiple times. Rooms spacious and always presented to a high standard. Can’t fault it.

If you want a 5 star experience this is the place.
