I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that left a lasting impression on both me and my children. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were transported into a world that felt reminiscent of the magical Harry Potter universe. This unique atmosphere was a major highlight for my kids, who were thrilled to experience a hotel with such an enchanting ambiance. One of the rooms we booked had a bad smell, but because of the short stay we did not manage to complain at the reception. We've noticed that the cleaning stuff was trying to fix the problem after our checkout though.

Perfect location for skiing or hiking in the area. The room was clean and there was enough space for the family of three. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The personal was very friendly.

It could be a bit cold in the room in winter.

The hotel restaurant was closed (at the moment?) But we had great dinner at Hofwirth zur Post, Just across the river/ street, 5 min walk.

I was arriving quite late and they arranged everything so I could get into the hotel and room. Rooms according to the pictures Cosy and warm, bathrooms are refitted with new appliances as well.

Lovely hotel which we have used in the past. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on the Monday evening & the recommendation to another one was unfortunately fully booked so had to get back in the car .

Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly, the room and bathroom very very clean. Room was very spacious Location in a quiet area. Breakfast very varied and excellent.

Very hot in the room at night during summer but not possible to open the windows as there are no mosquito nets. There are two doors to each room. There could be more shampoo for the guests.

Room was great. Staff were excellent - provided me with kettle and cutlery when I requested it, Room was a decent size. Good beds and shower.

Breakfast was basic for vegetarians (not hot options for us). We had a selection of 3 cereals, bread, yoghurt and fruit. Keeps us trim (we normally eat hot breakfast as well on holiday so that we can eat lunch later in the day. We were all hungry by midday.

Rooms are spotless, Nice location with lil restaurants nearby.
