Room was comfy and spacious. Breakfast had a good choice of different foods and was tasty, the outdoor terrace has a lovely view. Also loved their a la cart menu. We had dinner there and it was delicious (compliments to the chef). Loved the overall vibe of the hotel and friendly staff. Special thanks and kudos go to the staff, they proactively helped us when we got caught in a storm. Really appreciate their gesture, understanding, and the willingness to go out of their way.

Nothing to not like however for the price and compared to others in Bernau would be nice to have cut up fresh fruit for breakfast as an option and perhaps more individualised breakfast options of fresh eggs rather than just buffet. But the bread was very fresh and lovely ham and cheese options and fresh jam. So all in all was a good stay.

Despite this being a short notice booking and it being a staff rest day the correspondence between them and us was excellent and left clear instructions for our arrival. The honesty fridge worked very well. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of quality items. Staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately I don't speak German. I do speak English and French (fluent) and Spanish and Italian (a bit). Because of that I panicked when it was about getting the 🔑. Unfortunately again, the phone number displayed on the door was wrong. Thanks to one of the guests who was eager to help to get in contact with the management.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The food that we could try was great, prices are very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was small but still had a lot of different varieties.

closed Tuesday-Wednesday, although the most Restaurants are closed on these days. would be nice to have a vending machine and ice, especially when the restaurant is closed and you forgot to buy some water. no water cooker, I understand the concern, but not everyone sleeps long and needs an early coffee.

We went for dinner on the terras, very nice location. The food and quality were very good, think even the best in town. For cars there is also a big parking which is free. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. Dog friendly hotel.

Breakfast was a bit simple but still good and my kids (14,5) loved it.

Staff opened the kitchen , after we arrived late from airport 2130. Staff we so kind and accommodating. The beer was in the fridge in the hall was awesome. Basically pay for what you use. Breakfast was great, all you can eat and great coffee.

I suppose the bathroom was a tad small but probably the best accommodation I've stayed in. I could not recommend this place more highly.

Breakfast was *fantastic*, with a good variety and extremely good quality, I'm glad I didn't leave early!

They can't do much about this, but if you sleep with the window open, you will hear the noise from the street (depending on which room you're in) and possibly also from the train tracks several km away. It's perfectly quiet if the windows are closed, but since there's no AC, the outside noise could become an issue in the hottest times of the year.

A great quiet little place on the road between Munich and Salzburg. We stayed at the quadruple room at the top floor, which was a good fit for our needs.

We arrived late, and there was a computer mouse problem during registration, but the staff was able to check us in manually ;) and then came the amazing dinner! The food was excellent! The beer was superb.
