I loved the location by the lake and nearby restaurants. Our room had absolutely stunning views, especially with the snowy winter scenery from the balcony. Close parking and the option for late check-in were also great perks.

The after-hours check-in process was a bit confusing - we had to collect the keys from a hotel across the road, and the entrance to the actual accommodation wasn’t clearly explained. The beds could have been more comfortable too.

Very polite, efficient and helpful staff. Very good location right on the lake front and close to the boat for islands. Quiet and spacious room on the second floor. Nice bathroom. Bottle of water on arrival on the hot day. Brilliant breakfast. Nice and spacious parking within the hotel grounds.

Separate bathroom from the room. Very warm day and it was very difficult to cool it down during the night. No air conditioning.

We booked two double rooms, one bigger and one smaller. Both rooms were cozy and had view over the lake. The breakfast exeeded our expectations . It was the richest, diverse and delicios breakfast that we ever found in our trip compared to the same price paid in other locations. The staff was friendly and very helpfull.

Our rooms were not close to each other, but in different parts of the building and would have been easier for us to be close since we are a family with kids.

The Location is perfect, very close access to everything you might want to do in Chiemsee. Breakfast has a lot of variety and it is tasty.

The specific room we stayed was on the last floor so the toilet was a bit small and the shower was a bit low making it a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing location and a fabulous breakfast buffet. The large (similar to an American queen) mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve come across in Germany.

The tub shower combo has a very high step and is not good for anyone with the slightest mobility issue. I’d recommend that they take the tub out and configure a walk-in shower.

It was difficult to find the reception of the hotel. Google keeps talking me to the wrong place.

The room was cute and comfy. Can't beat the water being so close for entertainment and a nice walk in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was great. Though the bathroom was detached from our room (only a few steps across the hall), it was private, bright, clean and spacious.

There wasn't much to not like.

The view was amazing, we stayed im room Nr. 3 at sieben zimmer. It was clean and comfy :) Breakfast was also very good.

Couldn't find the location at first, people around were not so helpful. The rooms were hidden behind restaurants and no sign, where to check in but when i called the staff was very nice.

Mrs Suzana was very helpful and friendly, as well the restaurant and breakfast were very good. car charge is easy and relevant cheap :) we got support of where to go and to drive as well very kind and friendly staff it is a good idea to get a small fan for the summer days :)

The location was great for a family trip to Prien am Chiemsee.

The hotel was a bit unusual as the reception was in a separate building and the building the room was in was definitely not as nice. I think the price (170 euros for one night) was a bit too high for this reason.
